Links to additional materials to help you prepare for the “Final Event” http://www.unep.org/civilsociety/Portals/59/Documents/12_GMGSF/GMGSF_Draft_agenda_7Jan_2011.pdf Example of a draft agenda http://www.msz.gov.pl/docs/88/The%20Warsaw%20Report.pdf Look at pages 20-23 (numbers on the pages in the pdf ) and 43-44 (this is the panel’s remit for the 2004 meeting) http://www.ambafrance-uk.org/Foreign-Ministry-communique-on,14506 This is pretty general, not particularly details Below is a link to a G20 draft communiqué – which was written BEFORE the meeting took place (date of the FT 29 March date of meeting 2 April!!). http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/f6f30eaa-1c88-11de-977c-00144feabdc0.html The idea is that you draft a communiqué (rather than a resolution – as this is not a GA or SC meeting, but rather t High Panel discussion…. The above are just to give you an idea. If you want to use the more formal language of a resolution – you simply need to look at any resolution to get the hang of the kind of language needed.
