OVERVIEW
A highly qualified and experienced UI/UX Designer, Digital Producer and Web
Designer, most recently working as Content & Usability Design Manager. Obtained a
Post Graduate Diploma in Interactive Multimedia with High Distinction from UTS, as
well as previous Graphic Design certification. Has strong project planning and team
leadership skills and provides a professional approach to all positions undertaken. Is a
‘self-starter’, with a high level of energy and drive, being extremely thorough and

SPORTINGBET AUSTRALIA (previously CENTREBET AUSTRALIA), SYDNEY NSW
Joined Centrebet as Head Producer, leading a team of designers and developers charged with producing
all of Centrebet’s media requirements. Managing upwards of 65 small and medium projects a week, this
was a very fast paced environment with demanding communication and planning requisites. Moved on to
the Marketing department, with title changed to Content & Usability Design Manager. Responsible for the
rebranding of Centrebet and completely redesigning all Centrebet’s websites. With the successful launch
of the new Centrebet brand and websites, Centrebet doubled its customer base the following year.
Other key projects/responsibilities include:






Touch screen betting terminal. Pivotal in functional requirements, information architecture and
UI/UX design.
Centrebet mobile app, responsible for early screen design and ensuring fidelity with Centrebet
syleguide.
UI/UX design on the launch of all new products released.

TELETECH INTERNATIONAL P/L, SYDNEY NSW
Responsible for all design aspects on TeleTech’s cornerstone knowledge management system Responsiv.
This includes Information Architecture, UI/UX Design and web screens, for the front end and all
administrative functions. Heavily involved in product roadmap development and the sales process.
Travelled to Singapore and was instrumental in the products deployment to SingTel. Also responsible for
all of TeleTech’s other media requirements including, the company intranet, sales support presentations
and corporate video. Received many awards for excellence and innovation.
April 1994 to February 1999
IBM GLOBAL SERVICES AUSTRALIAN, SYDNEY NSW
Initially freelanced at IBM GSA to develop a range of interactive presentations; upon completion of which,
assumed a full time role with in the eBusiness Centre as Media Producer. Responsible for design and
planning on many of Australia’s first websites, working with clients including, Mitsubishi Electric, PGA
Australia, Ansett Australia, Mayne Health, CountryLink Rail, SOCOG and others. Heavily involved in
developing the Australian eBusiness operational procedures and processes.
Instrumental in the development of one of Australia’s first online flight booking systems. Meeting with
the client Ansett, determining the scope of work, as well as all design, before development and final
deployment.
Also responsible for design on many other types of media including, print, 3D animation and mixed media
CD-ROM based presentations. Completed certification in Project Management Fundamentals.
