Brief Description
I am working as a Proposal Engineer in AIN-Engineering Services, Pakistan from December, 2008 to date.
AIN Engineering is providing engineering and procurement consultancy to Enerflex Systems Ltd, Canada.
Enerflex Systems Ltd. is an international company delivering products, services and integrated solutions for
Oil & Gas sector to all corners of the world. Especially complete Natural Gas Processing, Natural Gas
Compression and LPG Recovery Plants on EPC basis.


 Bid documentation review & preparation of basic process engineering Deliverables.
 Detailed study of Tender documents such as Process Design, Technical specifications, Scope of
supply, Exclusion, Equipment Parameters, Process datasheets, P&IDs, PFD and VDRL.
 Planning, organizing & time management to submit techno-commercial offer.
 Preparation of Design basis.
 Review/Marking of PFDs & P&IDs.
 Preparation of material selection diagram and incorporation in the offer.
 Preparation of RFQs for sub-suppliers items such as compression packages, refrigeration
packages, heat exchangers, pumps and air coolers etc.
 Technical & commercial evaluation of sub-suppliers offers for the major critical components/ items
to ensure that the received offers are in compliance with tender specification & process
requirement.
 Preparation of process datasheets (Instrument and Equipment).
 Preparation of utility requirements/calculations.
 Preparation of Project Schedule.
 Ensuring that the inputs received from various departments are valid. Preparation of detailed
technical & commercial offer along with compliance/ deviation statement.
 Cost estimation of the system, insuring all items are covered in the costing part.
 Preparation of response to the technical & commercial clarification from client.
 Assist the project & procurement team during the execution of the project.
