Gr. 5 – I want to be partners with James Bond.
Gr. 6 – I love to work with partners because it is so much fun to work with a
friend but still be working at the same time.
Inquire – verb, to seek information by asking questions,

Gr. 5 – The teacher will give you information when you inquire about it.
Gr. 6 – I will inquire about the school soccer tournament because we don’t
know who we will play.
Listen, verb, to try and hear and pay attention,

Gr. 5 – I don’t really listen to my step dad when he gives me a lecture.
Gr. 6 – I will always listen to my teacher and parents because if I don’t hear
what they are asking me to do I will get in trouble.

Gr. 5 – I will justify my answer.
Gr. 6 – The teacher said that I needed to justify my answer because the
answer I had, had no proof.
Collaboration – noun, to work together,
Synonym – alliance, teamwork, cooperative, antonym – non-cooperative,
non-cooperation, apart,
Gr. 5 - The collaboration at St. Mary’s school has been wonderful.
Gr. 6 – My family uses collaboration when we work together to all do
something to help our sick dog.
