ISSUE 33
JANUARY
NEWSLETTER CHANGES
This is the first issue of the PAC Newsletter that will
be put on the Club website, www.paletteers.com. If
you do not have an email address on the Club
address list or if you have contacted me you will
receive a hard copy just like last year. If you wish to
receive a paper copy, please write a note to: Mary
Bass c/o Paletteers Art Club, P.O. Box 350489,
Westminster, CO 80035-0489.
Since this letter will be on the Web, I will not put
most telephone numbers in it unless requested by
the person giving me the info. Any Club member can
be reached at the above P.O. Box number or the
phone numbers are on the members address list you
receive every July.
Also, I would like to report sales at the various
exhibits after the exhibit changes. So, (after this
letter) you will only read about sales at Northglenn
City Hall and Recreation Center and the Northglenn
United Methodist Church in the newsletter printed in
January, March May, etc. and the others on the even
numbered months. Be sure that the exhibit chair
knows when you make a sale so she can report it to
me. Other noteworthy sales or honors can be
reported directly to me. Hopefully these changes can
lower our costs (and headaches.)
CONGRATULATIONS TO:
Sandra Davis and Becky Silver who sold
paintings at the MAC and Betty grace gibson
who sold at the Northglenn United Methodist
Church and Colleen Christenson, Sandra Davis
and Dianna Wilson who sold at St. Anthony,
North . I apologize for not getting them reported
sooner.
CONGRATULATIONS TO: Isolde Gilliland who
was juried into Art Gallery 3698.
CHRISTMAS PARTY
A big thank you to Betty grace gibson for
organizing the great party we had last month,
and to all those who helped her. Also, thanks to
everyone who brought food. It was wonderful.
2010
LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT:
OMG....Another year has passed. Where did it
go? Wouldn't it be nice if whenever we messed
up our life we could simply press "Ctrl - Alt Delete" and start all over? Oh well, we have a
chance to set all those resolutions and goals
that we know that we will never keep but sounds
good anyway. Each of us has our own busy
lives to lead, our family and friends to share
our joys and our good health to keep, but don't
forget to keep your artistic juices flowing. Be
creative, try something new and different.
Don't be afraid. After all who was the first
person to look at a cow and say "I think I'll
squeeze those dangly things and drink
whatever comes out".
Keep painting,
Dianna

If you would like to do a demonstration during the
