HNC COMPUTING (G7GL 15)
A total of 12 credits must be achieved, comprising 96 SCOTCAT points, to gain an HNC and this must
incorporate 48 SCOTCAT points at SCQF level 7. An HNC will normally include one Graded Unit of
8 SCOTCAT points at SCQF Level 7.
To gain an HNC Computing it is necessary to gain a total of 6 credits from the mandatory units and 6
credits from the optional units.
