Cell Build: Company was founded in 2007, and soon
after, it was recognized by Jordan Mobile Operators as one of the main sub-contractors for its
ability to deliver services by showing commitment to client satisfaction and listening to client
needs, adapting to client’s organization, offering the right solutions and living up to the confidence
placed in it.
Cell Build strength lies in its flexibility and adaptability and
its willingness to undertake short deadline projects in new and
difficult environments and continues to grow while keeping up-to-date with advances in
the technical fields.
Cell Build focuses
in providing survey, engineering
design & construction, I&C and testing for sites that house
high- technology equipment such as, GSM, iDEN, TETRA,
GPRS, 3G, WIMAX, VOIP that will enable the next generation communication
networks.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are a new, rapidly expanding and flexible, independent, national company in the
Telecommunications industry. We are catering for the needs of Mobile Operators as well as small
& medium enterprises, where we can manage turnkey projects starting from the planning till the
integration stage and specializing in the fields of In-Building RF solutions, technical support and
general telecom services.
We believe that we are unique through our wide skill portfolio and our ability to provide fast
responses and cost effective solutions on a truly national and regional basis.
Headquartered in Amman – Jordan with branches to come in other major cities.
An experienced project management group tightly coordinates our operations. This team
understands the factors that are important to the customers – namely a cost effective service of
the highest quality, delivered within set time scales with minimum risk.
Our project management services vary from consulting & support services, technical studies and
technological solutions all the way to project management and implementation services for
turnkey projects addressing all telecom needs of our clients. We also offer; materials sourcing,
installation of copper / fiber networks, site design, base station build and roll-out, logistics,
network implementation, dismantling and network rationalization.

Our project support team is dedicated to ensure that projects run smoothly and as per planned
schedules. Covering activities such as site surveys, site supervision, clerk-of-works activity and
site audits, they provide an additional resource to the project management team work closely on
a day-to-day basis, project support is entirely separate and primarily concerned with problem
prevention. If a problem is identified during an installation, this team is dedicated to resolving is
as quickly as possible as they react immediately.

1. RADIO SERVICES:
It’s well know to any mobile operator that a successful call attempt is revenue, while the
unsuccessful one is loss of possible revenue. This explain why mobile operator are enhancing
their coverage for both outdoor and indoor.
Cell Build will help the mobile operators and their Vendors to successfully implement designs and
projects in timely manner, for both outdoor and indoor systems, allowing operators to focus more

1.1. Roll-Out & General Radio Implementation Services:

Implementation of Mobile System Sites (Equipment & Antenna Systems)
With our experience in various telecom equipment, we capable of providing a complete solution
for implementation and integration mobile sites. We are also experts in preparation and
Implementation of outdoor equipment installation, such as Micro BTS, Cell-Enhancers,
Repeaters, Outdoor Macro BTS, etc..
SERVICES
With respect to antenna systems, we are capable of working on any structure regardless of the
type and height of that structure. Our services include running of various types of feeders (with
clamping), earthing, waterproofing, antenna installation and azimuth adjustment, installation of
ACWL, lightning protectors, VSWR & Sweep testing, fault identification and rectification, etc..
In addition to the above, we are ready to carry out any modifications for existing antenna
systems, such as addition & rearranging of feeders, recovery/replacement/addition of antennas,
Splicing of RF feeders, etc.

Implementation of Microwave Transmission Systems
We are ready to carry out complete system installation and commissioning of various types of
Microwave transmission systems. This includes supply of proper mounting pipes and accessories
Delivery of cables & equipment (indoor & outdoor), alignment of dishes, etc..

The following contains information on the placement of fiber optic cables in various indoor and outdoor environments. In general, fiber
optic cable can be installed with many of the same techniques used with conventional copper cables. Basic guidelines that can be
applied to any type of cable installation are as follows:






Conduct a thorough site survey prior to cable placement.
Develop a cable pulling plan.
Follow proper procedures.
Do not exceed cable minimum bend radius.
