Dining Services Director/ Executive Chef Matthew Gasper 574-289-7001 x6867. mgasper5@ivytech.edu General Information Linen Service (Two week advance notice is required for all linens.) linen rental fees are as follows: * Tablecloths: $5.00 each * Napkins: $1.00 each Room Reservations/Special Requests For room reservations and special needs please contact Dale Craker at x5426 Food & Beverage Carry In/Out Policy Food and beverages cannot be brought in for any catered event. In observance of food, health, and safety regulations, groups are not permitted to take home any left-over food. Alcoholic Beverages It is the policy of Ivy Tech Community College that no employee may purchase or serve alcohol for any event on campus. Menu Substitutions Menu substitutions can be accommodated, but may incur an additional charge. Guarantee A guarantee must be given seven (7) business days prior to the event. Business days are Monday Through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Billing Charges will be based on the guaranteed number, or the actual number served, whichever is higher. The customer will be billed following the event. Funding All departments must submit an account number when placing an order. A Dining Services Request Form must be completed and submitted to Matthew Gasper. Mgasper5@ivytech.edu Cancellations Canceling a catered event requires five business days advance notice either in writing or via e-mail. The sponsoring organization will incur all costs after that time. After Hours Events starting or ending before or after normal business hours or on weekends may incur additional labor charges at the discretion of the Director of Dining Services.
