Policies:
All food and beverages consumed in our rooms must be purchased from The Abbey and
are subject to an 18% service charge and applicable sales taxes toward the entire bill.
When agreed upon by “The Abbey,” food brought in by the individual or group responsible
for this agreement will be charged a $50 carry-in fee.
Should a meeting/banquet be canceled within 30 days of the scheduled date, normal
rental fee ($100 deposit) will be charged unless we are able to re-rent the space at an
equal value.
Confirmation of the number of guests to be served and final menu selections must be
made 7 days in advance of the scheduled event.
Friday and Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon functions have a minimum room
charge of $300.00. This $300.00 room charge can be used toward all food and beverage
purchases. A $50.00 “housekeeping fee” will be charged if the minimum room charge is
not met.
All menu items and prices are subject to change and do not include taxes.
The Abbey will not accept responsibility for special cakes or decorations brought on
premises.
The individual or group is responsible for the conduct of all persons in attendance and for
any damages incurred during the event on the premises.
In-room bar services are available for a $10 per hour charge per bartender. (2-hour
minimum).
Banquet menus are provided to the guest as a guide only. If you desire a different menu,
we will be happy to tailor a menu to your liking. Additionally, special linens requested
will be the responsibility of the guest.
100% of the final bill is due prior to the conclusion of any function. Final balances are
payable by cash, check, or credit card.
A $100 deposit is required with the return of the signed contract.
