Provisional registration for the Sixteenth Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial
Arbitration Moot is accomplished by submission of this form preferably by e-mail
attachment or alternatively by post to the address below. It is recommended that the
registration form be submitted by October 2, 2008, the day prior to the distribution of the
Problem on October 3, 2008. Registrations will be accepted until November 28, 2008.
However, there will have been messages sent to all registered teams subsequent to the
distribution of the Problem and registrants subsequent to that date are held to be aware of
their contents.

The deadline for payment of the registration fee is 28 November 2008. The registration fee
of €600 is payable by bank transfer to Bank Austria, Domestic Bank Number 12000,
International Bank Code (Swift Code) BKAUATWW, account of "Verein Vis Moot",
domestic account number 515 8917 5901, international account number AT73 1200 0515
8917 5901. All transfer fees must be paid by the transferor. Any amount less than
€600 credited to the account will be collected in cash at the oral arguments. The
transfer must indicate the name of your university as the transferor for your university to be
given credit for having paid the registration fee.
