Section 2 Assessment Assessment 1 Agencies and workers need to be aware of how they can unwittingly contribute to client aggression. This assessment activity asks you to reflect on your own agency. TASK 1. Make comments about the following in your agency: Physical environment Emotional climate Staff behaviour. 2. What are some of the key protocols you must consider prior to doing this? You are a community worker in a remote or rural area who is likely to encounter clients from diverse cultures. What are some key points to remember to enable effective communication? TASK 1. Write a short answer for each scenario.
