Coast Highway 101, Ste F102 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A request for a Minor Use Permit and Coastal Development Permit for an existing food serving establishment to convert an existing, patio area (approximately 240 SF) to outdoor dining area, and expand the restaurant’s existing alcoholic beverage service of beer and wine only (Type 41) to include the proposed outdoor dining area.
