Behavioral Finance [] write a 2 page paper , using 12 point font and APA format [] site at least 3 references [] answer questions you have about this topic; including: 1. what is it, 2. how is it used, give at least 3 examples 3. how could it impact me in planning my retirement, 4. what you have learned, etc. Retirement Case Study + 10 QA Write up a retirement case (could be your own or someone you know or a combination of the two) The write up should include 1. what are the goals of the individual 2. the age of the person, gender, married/single, # of children/dependents 3. where the individual currently resides, 4. where the individual plan to reside upon retirement, 5. any special circumstances of the person, 6. goals of the person once they enter retirement, current plan to finance retirement, 7. what are the retirement finances that are already in place, 8. challenges (health, low paying job, etc.) facing the person. Note: your group will select from your team the case that will be presented in class as a role-play. The role-play will use the input from HR/Finance Manager on suggestions to make the retirement a reality. The group should select a case that has as much detail as is possible. Interview of HR or Finance Manager Each student is to interview a manager (the manager responsible for retirement in that company …usually the HR or Finance Manager) from a company of their choosing (public, private sector or not for profit). The interviewer (the student) will present the group selected case and ask the manager, ten retirement related questions (developed by the group) on how the individual in the case can improve his/her chances of reaching a successful retirement.
