AP Psychology Calendar, Part A, Semester I
Heading:
AP Psychology Exam date: afternoon of Monday, May 2, 2015 Note: During finals week we will take a previously released AP
Psych Exam.
Standing Deadlines:
+For each unit, your textbook, binder Cornell Notes on the corresponding unit will be due the first day of the unit and you will be
tested on key terms and the related material/content by mid-unit and/or end of the unit. Any assessments grades of “C” or below must
be retaken at an agreed upon time.
++1) On the last day of each unit we will take the unit test (cumulative) 2) plus your key vocabulary term *note cards (with 3 part
work) will be due and at times an additional study pack will also likely be due on the day of the unit test. 3) your in-class Cornell
Notes [inside of your AP interactive notebook] including summaries also need to be completed by this end of unit test date (even if we
ran out of time to cover every last detail in class. You are responsible for ALL of this content. AP courses involve much
independent study [for instance, during school break weeks]). School functions, attention athletes and others- if you will miss an
exam due to a game or other school-sponsored event (field trip) you must take the test the day before the below exam day (before your
excused absence due to a school function).

**Each student will be responsible for becoming an expert on one of the units and presenting key information as well as creating a
helpful “take away”/study aide for his/her peers. Make sure you add the date of your presentation to the above calendar.
Also, as after school and weekend AP Psychology study/support session dates are firmed up you will need to add these to the calendar
and make arrangements to attend a majority of these sessions. Study group assignments will also be given.
