Catalog Description:
Designed to acquaint students with modern supply chain management concepts. Some of
the topics covered include purchasing and inventory management, supplier relationships,
using strategic sourcing, demand forecast and replenishment, aggregate planning and
process management integration. The impact upon supply chain management of other
theories such as Total Quality Management, Just in Time, and Customer Relationship
Management are also discussed.
