Concur Global Rollout project was formed to roll out the expense reporting system already being used in the US (Concur) to the rest of Hospira’s locations,
in order to a) have more complete employee expense visibility, b) be able to better enforce travel and OEC policy compliance and c) be able to better
enforce compliance to approved vendors. Phases 1, 2, and 3 were completed in 2009 through 2010. Phase 4 consists of remaining 19 Hospira locations.
Team Purpose (specific purpose of the team and expected results that are tied to organizational goals):
The purpose of the Concur Global Rollout Phase 4 team is to bring up the remaining 19 Hospira locations on Hospira’s global expense reporting solution,
to provide consistent tools, enforcement of policies, and visibility of employee expenses across the globe.
Team Goals (specific, measurable, and time bound actions to achieve the team’s purpose; see p. 5 for additional workspace):
Complete Concur and CHEXS middleware implementations for 1-April 2011 and 1-June 2011 go-lives.
Skills Inventory (member skills needed for the team to be able to accomplish its goals):
Concur configuration, PL/SQL development, SAP Finance Functional, MFGPRO development

zone differences—morning US time for EMEA participants and early

after consulting team members; decisions not affecting
