ANTARA: Antara combines the newest scientific findings with proven elements of exercise, breathing and relaxation. It is
characterized by a sequence of calm, functional movements. Antara is an intensive, centered form of training that at the
same time leads you to presence, serenity and calmness.
AQUA FITNESS:
FITNESS: A strenuous and effective workout, Aqua Fitness burns many calories and is easy on the joints and ligaments.
The natural buoyancy of water supports the spine and improves blood circulation to the skin and connective tissue.

ASHTANGA YOGA:
YOGA: A series of dynamic exercises using special deep breathing techniques for endurance and balance, inner
serenity, mental fitness, increased attention and concentration.

ASHTANGA BASICS/INTRO:
BASICS/INTRO: For all, who wants to start Ashtanga yoga. Slow movements, a lot of explanations. The first Friday
each month will be like a workshop includion much more explanations about ashtanga yoga.
ATHLETIC CONDITIONING:
CONDITIONING: BodyComplete is a mixture of conditioning and strength training. A workout for the whole body
using training tools such as tubes, dumbbells, body bars or steps.
BACK SPECIAL/ BACK ADVANCED:
ADVANCED: Gymnastics to improve posture and to limber and relieve stiffness. Muscular disbalances
are corrected through carefully chosen exercises. The class contains simple moves and the exercises are explained in detail.
Various training goals can be reached with the gymnastic ball: strengthening, mobilization, coordination and balance.
BACK QIGONG:
QIGONG: The Mental Balance method features repetitions of individual Qi Gong or Zen Gymnastic exercises. Certain
disbalances can be felt and recognized. Breathing exercises and exercises performed while standing or sitting offer
relaxation. Special program which also includes traditional back exercises.
BEBO & CORE:
CORE: Special training for awareness and strengthening of the pelvic floor as well as exercises to integrate these
muscles into daily activities. Helps to prevent posture problems, sagging and incontinence.
BEINE & PO (LEGS & BUTTOCKS)
BUTTOCKS): Strengthening exercises for figure problem areas, with or without use of training tools,
make this an ever-popular form of training.
BODY CONDITIONING:
CONDITIONING: Training for the whole body targeting the major muscle groups: legs, buttocks, back, arms, etc.
BODY IN BALANCE:
BALANCE: The goal ist to bring your body in balance, to reduce high muscle tensions an to relax your spirit. A mixture
between Feldenkreis, QiGong and Yogaelements.
DANCE Workout:
Workout: Dance lesson with easy choreography with different techniques and cool music.
DeepWORK™
DeepWORK™/ DEEP X:
X: The deepWORK-movements are designed in a specific way, that you are always between tension and
relaxation and it is combined with specific breathing techniques. The deepWORK™-Training is following towards 5 elements:
ground, wood, fire, metal und water. Especially for advanced persons.
FITNESS CIRCLE
CIRCLE:
CLE: Trainer- instructed circuit training with music in the Lady Fitness room, including group warm-up, exercise
for the abdominals, cooldown and stretching.
FLOW YOGA:
YOGA: This is based on Astanga Yoga and Jivamuktiyoga. It brings about heightened awareness of body alignment, and
adds strength and flexibility to everday life. The class is accompanied by meditative music.
HATHA YOGA:
YOGA: The slow and calm yoga. There are six main exercises, the shatkriyas, which are a main part of hatha yoga.These
exercises should clean the whole body.
HOT IRON 1/
1/ HOT IRON 2:
2: Functional and effective muscular endurance training using barbells, in a group class with
motivating music – including comprehensive instruction on technique from the trainer. Training progress is systematically
adapted each week. Hot Iron 2 is advanced training based on completion of Hot Iron 1.
IRON CROSS:
CROSS: The ultimate class in the Hot Iron System: Maximum muscle firming and body fat reduction, using increasingly
heavy weights and relatively few repetitions. There's nothing else like it!
INDOOR CYCLING:
CYCLING: Conditioning training to music on special stationary bicycles, whereby a group bike ride on hills and level
roads is simulated. It is recommended that participants wear pulse monitors during this class. Remember to bring a water
bottle!
LATIN STYLE : In this Latin workout, typical Latin American dance techniques and movement patterns are combined. Selfexpression, coordination, flowing movements and especially the joy of dance are promoted.
OBERKÖRPER : This 25´ lesson are the main strength exercises for the upper body.
PILATES (PILATES MAT CLASSES , CIRCLE, FLOW) : Pilates is a holistic training concept, whereby physical fitness is just as
important as mental fitness. The training is characterized by simultaneous strengthening and stretching. Pilates combines
elements from acrobatics, ballet and yoga. With or without the use of balls, bands or the Pilates Circle.
QI GONG:
GONG: The gentle, pleasant exercises of Qi Gong have been used in China for over 3000 years to sense deep relaxation and
activate physical and mental faculties. Learn to experience and feel your body as you discover the energy that flows through
the body and gives you strength and vitality.
STRETCHING: Training to maintain and improve flexibility through dynamic stretching, moblization and upright posture.
S-CORE:
CORE: This short class exist on the one Hand on selfmassage exercises with a foam roll oder with a small foam ball to
reduce stress of the musclefascie, to activate nature movement patterns and on the other Hand to strengthen the
core.spine.
TAEBOX:
TAEBOX: Combines components of martial arts with training for endurance and muscular strength. Suited for all those who
want to improve their cardio fitness, reduce body fat and strengthen their muscles without complicated choreography. In
this lesson are more technical elements than in THAIROBIX.

THAIROBIX: Combines components of martial arts with training for endurance and muscular strength. Suited for all those
who want to improve their cardio fitness, reduce body fat and strengthen their muscles without complicated choreography.
YOGA BASICS:
BASICS: This class teaches basic yoga exercises and breathing techniques.
ZUMBA/
ZUMBA/ ZUMBA GOLD:
GOLD: Easy Dance for everybody with a mixture between latin music and international music.
