HP ePRINT ENTERPRISE FOR GOOD
Securely Print Email, Documents and Images From Anywhere in the World. Mobile users have grown accustomed
to reverting back to their laptops and desktops to send print jobs to corporate printers, but this process presents
a major impediment to their productivity. In today’s age of mobility and the continued trend toward bring your own
device (BYOD), users want to print immediately and directly from their mobile device regardless of their location
or data source—even when connected to the enterprise through a public network located outside the corporate
firewall. They simply want to send the print job from their device and retrieve the printed pages from the selected
corporate network printer or remote office printer once they arrive at that location.
HP ePRINT ENTERPRISE FOR GOOD: ON-THE-GO PRINTING WITH ENTERPRISE DATA SECURITY
The HP ePrint Enterprise for Good mobile client enables users to move freely between the corporate office, remote office locations
and public places with the ability to send their print requests to any available printer from anywhere in the world – including corporate
network printers – at more than 30,000 Public Printing Locations (PPL) worldwide.
The print request travels securely over the air through Good’s secure operations center where it connects to the HP ePrint Enterprise
administrative software hosted on your server, which processes the request and renders it for printing. This secure channel eliminates
the need for IT to set up VPNs for mobile users.
