Her work in Deutsche Bank and the Road to Basel III earned the 2014 Case Centre Award for best finance case. Decision-Making and Leading through Crisis was awarded the 2014 Wells Fargo Award for Excellence in Course Material Development High Impact. And Mauboussin Japan: A French Gem in Asia won the CCMP/Atlas-AFM Best International Case 2014. She teaches case writing seminars and workshops in a variety of American, European, Asian and Middle Eastern institutions using materials she has written specifically on effective case writing. Gerry is a member of the North American Case Research Association (NACRA) and serves on the Darden Business Publishing Advisory Committee. She earned her BA from the University of Virginia and MA at McGill University and joined Darden in 1998.
