He has served as an arbitrator in the Los Angeles County Superior Court system as a Judge Pro Tem, and

perspective. He has arbitrated court ordered binding real property disputes as well as hundreds of PI/PD
cases including catastrophic injury cases.
David has extensive subject matter experience in business matters related to operations, insurance
coverage analysis and liability exposure, products liability, real estate sales and acquisition, leases and
contracts for major companies.
As former In House Counsel to a real estate developer and former member of the West Covina Planning
Commission David brings hands on experience to real property and environmental matters. Extensive

contamination, environment regulatory matters, contribution and indemnity claims, natural resources,
