Follow these simple steps to activate your Cougar Card:
1. Go online to OneCardGivesBack.com/CCC or call 866.932.9577 and follow the voice prompts.
2. Enter your 16-digit card (ISO) number and press “#”.
3. Enter the last 4 digits of your 16-digit card (ISO) number when prompted – this is
your temporary access code – and press “#”.
4. Change your PIN. When prompted, enter a 4-digit PIN of your choice and press “#”.
Your PIN is required for select purchases.
5. Change your access code. When prompted, enter a 4 to 6-digit numeric access
code of your choice and press “#”. Your access code is the password required to log
on to your account online or by phone.

Follow these simple steps to set up your Cougar Card online:
1. Go to OneCardGivesBack.com/CCC.
2. Sign in by entering your 16-digit card (ISO) number and the password
(access code) you created during the activation process above.
Continue following the on-screen prompts.
3. Check out the various features of the site, such as „Manage My Card”,
“My Account”, “My Card Value” and “Search local Merchants.”
4. Add value to your card via bank transfer or credit card within
the “Manage My Card” section. Visit the “Family & Friends”
link to allow family and/or friends to add value to your card online.

Using Direct Deposit to Fund Your Cougar Card
Think of your Cougar Card as a virtual checking account but without the paper checkbook. You can
direct your paycheck, financial aid, or any other electronic deposit into your Cougar Card account
automatically.
Sign Up with your employer, your school, etc.
Ask for a direct deposit request form and fill it out as you would for any other bank account
but use your Cougar Card numbers. The routing number is the 9-digit number printed on the
back of your Card: 103100195. The bank account number is your 14-digit Online Account
Number (OAN number) printed on the front. The bank name is Central National Bank of Enid.

Using PayPal to Pay with Your Cougar Card
Think of your Cougar Card as a virtual checking account but without the paper checkbook. You can
use your Cougar Card to pay anywhere PayPal is accepted.
1. Sign Up with PayPal
Sign up for a PayPal account. It's free and easy.
2. Choose Bank Account as the Way to Pay
During sign up, link your Cougar Card account to your PayPal account just as you link any Bank
account. The routing number is the 9-digit number printed on the back of your Card:
103100195. The bank account number is your 14-digit Online Account Number (OAN number)
printed on the front.

If you already have a PayPal account, simply update your account profile. Log in to your PayPal
account and click Profile at the top of the page.
3. Shop with PayPal
When you shop online, you easily check out using PayPal without having to enter your
financial information.
