Stirring News from the Teacher:
As you may know, Emily Johanns, sister to our own Amanda, has been recovering from
brain surgery. Amanda and her brother Charley are collecting old/new movie DVDs and
audio books to help update the libraries at both Children’s Memorial Hospital and the Rehab
Institute of Chicago. Please take a look to see if you have DVDS that you would
like to donate and send them to school. The children in 2FE will be able to sign a square in
our Laidlaw Leopard Caring Chart for every DVD they bring in.
