respectively and $945,000 to the breeder of the winning horses. THE COMMEMMORATIVE TROPHY valued at
$500,000 will be won outright by the winning owner. The winning Breeder, Trainer, Jockey and Groom
will also receive Trophies. ALL INCENTIVES DONATED BY THE BETTING GAMING AND LOTTERIES COMMISSION,
THE JAMAICA RACING COMMISSION AND CAYMANAS TRACK LIMITED.
1.
Nomination fee $80,000 payable to CAYMANAS TRACK LIMITED AS FOLLOWS:
(i)
$10,000 on or before 2:00pm on Wednesday, November 4, 2015(non-refundable)
(The list of entrants will be published on/or before Thursday, November 4, 2015).
(ii)
$70,000 on or before 5:00pm on Saturday, November 28, 2015 (refundable only if the
horse is scratched by the JRC/CTL Veterinarian)
(The list of entrants will be published on/or before Monday, November 30, 2015).
(iii) All Trainers must confirm participation of their horse/s in writing (entry blank) with
the Racing Office by 5:00pm on Saturday, November 28, 2015.

The declaration of Jockeys, equipment, medication (lasix) will close at 11:30am on
Wednesday, December 2, 2015.
(v)
The draw for post position will be at approximately 2:00pm on
Wednesday, December 2, 2015.

2 kg penalty will be applied to Imported Horses that are not domiciled in Jamaica ,Barbados and
Trinidad & Tobago for less than 2 months prior to December 5, 2015. This penalty will also be
applicable to Imported horses that have been domiciled in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago for
more than 2 months and have not raced.
If at the close of entries there is no horse/s entered whose weight is 57kg, then the highest
weighted horse/s will be adjusted upward to 57 kg and all other horse/s will be adjusted upward
accordingly.

(a)
10 positions will be reserved for horses domiciled in Jamaica for more than two
months prior to December 5, 2015. Horses will be selected based on the highest
lifetime earnings in Jamaica.
(b)
The remaining 6 positions will be reserved:
(i)
For horses domiciled in Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago for more than two
months prior to December 5, 2015.
(ii)
(c)
(d)
Horses being imported directly to Jamaica from any other recognized racing
jurisdiction less than 2 months prior to December 5, 2015.
In the event that there are no horses from Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago and/or
horses imported from any other recognized racing jurisdiction, the remaining 6 or any
part thereof will be filled by horses domiciled in Jamaica for more than two months
prior to December 5, 2015.
All horses declared to start on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 are subject to a
veterinary check on Thursday, December 3, 2015 by 12 noon.
