Cargo Account Settlement Systems (CASS) is designed to simplify the billing and
settling of accounts between airlines and freight forwarders.
Airlines will distribute its invoices to agents through CASSLink, a global web application,
where agent can access their billing anywhere.
Agent will get the invoice from all CASS airlines following the CASS Calendar date and
agent will make payment to CASS Airlines through IATA on the set remittance dates.
CASS Associate :
Non IATA accredited agent who wants to join the IATA settlement system with CASS
Airlines, can do so by registering themselves as CASS Associates.
CASS Associate is a medium to join IATA settlement, however for the longer term, agent
should apply for IATA accreditation status.
To apply for CASS Associate, we need your agency to :
1. Fill in the Data Form (details of your agency)
2. Fill In the CASS Associate Questionnaire
3. Sign the CASS Associate Agreement in 2 original copies and return to IATA's
office.
4. Provide sponsor letter from one of CASS Airlines that endorses your agency to
join as CASS Associate.
5. Provide the list of documents appended below
6. The annual fee for CASS Associate is USD 500 / year
