CONSULTANTS John Nolan Consultant John Nolan has an extensive background in Program Management and Change Management with an expertise in Leadership Development. He has experience working across industries with specific focus on the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. While with his previous engagement John partnered with the finance department of a global pharmaceutical company to program manage and develop a comprehensive change management program for a global, long term Finance & IT infrastructure and business alignment initiative. Prior to joining TayganPoint, John partnered with a variety of large organizations to create and manage large scale change management and leadership development programs. The purpose of the change management program was to provide Education, Training and Communication at all levels of an organization in order to enable the successful adoption of finance changes within the program. Practiced traditional Change Management techniques in assisting the client to create a strategic plan to include stakeholder identification, core messages (business case, benefits, why change) and methods of education, communication and training. • Fortune 500 Financial Services Company – Developed a six-month, high potential leadership development program for Vice Presidents across the firm globally. 70% of participants in the program were promoted within one to three years. Designed and developed a four-month, comprehensive blended learning development program for new leaders within the firm. • Fortune 500 Financial Services Company – Partnered with the Business Standards Committee on the development of a comprehensive change management reform for their business standards committee. Implemented a comprehensive training and professional development program on business principles, core clients service and role specific client responsibilities. Developed and mapped competency models for the new committee, including gap analysis and leveling of behaviors. Incorporated the Business Standards content and messaging into leadership programs.
