Be Lingual “Spanish Fun, Friends & Discoveries
Summer Camps” are designed to ignite and nurture
the creativity of young children through a world of
traditional stories, fairy tales, and songs in Spanish.
Under the caring guidance of our native
speaking instructors, our camps provide a safe and
fun environment where children learn to express
themselves in Spanish through song, role play,
puppets, skits, games, light cooking and arts and
crafts.
Parents
are
part
of
this stimulating experience as
they follow
their
children’s
progress
through videos,
weekly newsletters and pictures and attend a final
performance in Spanish! Prior exposure to the
language is not necessary.

year after year, since they have such enjoyable
experiences.
Classes will run Monday through Friday from June
30th through August 15th. You can choose to send your
child to camp for one week, selected weeks, or the
entire seven weeks. You can also choose from our Fun
Fridays selection, if that better suits your needs.
The classes might be full days, 9 am – 4 pm, or half

A Real Farm Adventure
Since 1932, The Experiment in International Living
has provided 3, 4, and 5-week summer abroad
programs for high school students who want to
connect deeply and engage meaningfully with the
richness and complexities of another country.
Students are challenged to explore the host country
through hands-on experiences in local communities
and through the lens of a specific theme. Programs
are designed to equip students not only with essential
cultural and, in many cases, language skills, but also
with a deeper awareness of and sensitivity to global
issues shaping the diverse communities and regions
we visit. Each year, hundreds of Experimenters come
away from their summer abroad with invaluable new
skills, connections, awareness, and knowledge to
thrive—and
lead—in
diverse,
intercultural
environments.
Join our farm family for the week and make
memories that last a lifetime! For the last 9 years,
we have provided the ultimate “fun on the farm” day
camp. We have a passion for youth and strive to
deliver an unforgettable, rewarding, and refreshing
hands-on dairy farm experience. Participants will
soak up the fresh farm air, learn where their milk and
dairy products come from, experience real daily farm
chores, and care for their own calf; all while having a
blast! Activities include:
* hayrides and nature walks
* see a cow give birth
* lead, wash, clip and show your own calf
* scavenger hunts and dairy jeopardy
* obstacle course and water games
* make homemade ice cream, butter,
milkshakes

Instead of a rigid structure, we give our campers
choice. Instead of teaching kids the typical way, we
give them tools and gentle guidance to help them
become autodidacts. There are a gazillion ways for
kids to design a day at camp. One camper might dive
into cooking and animation while another rock climbs
before playing in our inflatable soccer stadium. It’s
up to them. The schedule of the day is designed to
create a balance of free choice, all-camp spirit
events and times where kids take a break from the
action to get to know each other and their
counselors.
Summer Adventures at Oak Knoll is a great place
for summer fun and adventure! We offer programs
for preschoolers all the way through high school
