Summer Day Camps
One week camps, 9-3:00 daily
Each week includes wading (in the nearby shallow brook) and lots of outdoor time.
Before and after care can be arranged.
Painting Camp:
July 6-10
Ages 6-12
Each day will include some drawing instruction and throughout the week we will work with a variety of
mediums and techniques using watercolors, pastels and acrylics on both paper and canvas. Students
will take home at least 4 paintings to be framed and we can give you instructions on how to copy
them…they make wonderful gifts for family members! Tuition $250.00
Sewing/Fashion Camp:
July 20-24
Ages 9-14
Learn to use a pattern and sewing machine to construct a dress. Hand stitching will be practiced to
embellish and personalize our outfits. We will also learn some easy techniques to create necklaces,
bracelets and rings from a myriad of materials. Before camp starts you will be sent instructions to take
with you to purchase fabric for your outfit. This camp is limited to 10 students. If there is enough
demand we may add another week July 13th. If a second week is added students can come to both
weeks and create a second garment! Tuition $275.00
Art from nature: August 3-7 ages 5-12
We’ll learn about artists like Andy Goldsworthy and then we’ll head to the woods and streams to
collect sticks and stones, bark and leaves to create art, sculpture and craft.
In the spring start watching for interesting finds from nature and bring them to camp with you!

Magical Fairy week: August 10-14 Ages 5-10
A blissful week of creating fairy houses outdoors from natural materials…AND one to take
home…usually we see evidence that fairies come to visit our creations! There will be lots of crafting
and time to have fantasy play with friends new and old. Tuition: $250.00
