GOVERNMENT SPENDING
TO STOP IT NOW!!!
Food prices are going up: Stop paying farmers to
not grow crops. This is costing the taxpayers hundreds
of Millions a year. Stop Maine from dumping potatoes
into the Ocean every year. The Federal government
could buy the surpluses and sell the crops for a profit
overseas to countries like Russia, China and others.
Stop Medicare Fraud: The taxpayers/Government
lost 80 Billion dollars last year alone to Medicare
Fraud. Come up with a way to register valid companies to submit Medicare claims, Contact the person
on the bills and verify that they actually received the
service or product being billed for before any bills
are paid. Lets us look at Medicare Part A 36.7 Trillion
dollars in debt.
Part B 37.0 Trillion dollars in dept.
Part D 15.6 Trillion dollars in dept.
Medicaid 28.9 Trillion dollars in dept.

Total $118 Trillion dollars in debt. Our Government got us into this mess. Will our Government go
bankrupt and hope it all goes away? Your our elected
officials, NOW solve this problem!!!
The LORD says in the 10 Commandments: Thou
shalt not steal: Our Government has been taking
money out of the Social Security Program for many
years to pay for normal operating expenses. They have
been leaving worthless IOU’s in there. The Government didn’t ask the taxpayers if they could do it. Our
Government just stole it from the taxpayers. Yes, the
Government has been paying interest on that money.
In 2008 the government paid 451 Billion in interest.
However, the day will come when the Government
will not have the money to pay the taxpayers. Lets
look at the interest paid for 2008, 451 Billion divided
by 3 percent. That is $15,033,333,333,333.30 Trillion stolen from the Social Security Program. It is
time the United States got out of the rest of the world
and started paying attention to what is going on in
this country. (Jobs, Economy, National Debt, Greed,
Graft, Corruption).
There is a long term solution to the Social Security
Program and Medicare Programs. First, pass laws to
prevent the government from taking more money out
of these Taxpayer Programs. Stop using them for the
governments private piggy bank. Second, Sell Treasury bonds to investors overseas and use that money
to pay back half of what the government owes the
Social Security Program. Third, Pass a Surplus Federal budget that allow our government to pay back the
rest of the money it owes the Social Security Program.
Fourth, Set up an oversight committee to monitor the
Social Security and Medicare Programs. They should
stop any fraud and payments to unauthorized persons/
organizations. Fifth, stop printing checks to individuals
that have been dead for many years (20 Billion last
year alone). Sixth, follow all the ten commandments.
Thou shall not kill. STOP Abortions. Outlaw Rowe
Verses Wade.
Since the sixties we have killed over 50 Million
babies. That is 50 Million potential tax payers that
would now be paying income taxes to the Federal
Government. That is 50 Million people that would have

Meet Obama’s Other Professor

The late Andrew Breitbart warned Obama at his last
speech at CPAC this past February that his team were
ready to vet him.
Unlike the 2008 election, where any digging into
Obama’s radical past was anathema to the political
class, conservatives this year understand the dangers
of allowing this man to have a second term in office.
It started with the video showing a young Barack
Obama telling his fellow student body members at
Harvard Law School to “open up your hearts and
minds to the words of Prof. Derrick Bell.”
Well, Derrick Bell was a man who lived to “harass
white people.” He is the author of Critical Race
Theory, which states that America is irrevocably racist
and that its laws are biased towards people of color.
He also penned an equally absurd short story called
Space Traders in which blacks are sold to aliens in
return for resources to reduce the national debt. No
wonder why Obama mentor, Prof. Charles Olgetree,
wanted to hide any information about this man during the 2008 election.
However, Obama’s affiliation with the radical left
in American academia doesn’t stop with Prof. Derrick
Bell. Apparently, his favorite class in college was a
political science course taught by Roger Boesche when
he attended Occidental College. It was this class that
sparked his interest in politics.
However, a column in the LA Times written by
Boesche that was released after the O.J Simpson murder case revealed a disturbing narrative this professor
had concerning the issue of race. He stated that a
caller on a radio show semi-jokingly stated that whites
should riot after the not guilty verdict was released.
Boesche claims that whites already riot in a silent and
devastating manner. They [whites] riot by eliminating
affirmative action so that jobs and education will be
more readily available to whites;
• By voting to deny services like:
• Education and health care to illegal immigrants;
• Declaring English as the official language
• Attacking bilingual education; by leaving 38
million people in poverty–30.6% of all African
Americans and 30.7% of all Latinos.
Some on the left would say insightful, incisive,
and provocative things which demonstrate the ills of
American society.
All I see is far-left drivel!
This was the man who got our president into politics? For Obama, who painfully tries to paint himself
as a centrist, these associations with some of the most
boisterous figures on the far left doesn’t help his narrative.
First, we got Reverend Jeremiah Wright and his
“goddamning” of America in 2008. He recently attacked conservatives and Justice Clarence Thomas for
worshipping “another god” this past Easter, which is
a “very ecumenical” statement coming from a pastor.
We then learn about his respect for Derrick Bell
and his theories about racism’s ingrained character in
America’s socioeconomic fabric.
Now, we have Professor Roger Boesche, who claims
that whites act in a concerted effort to keep blacks
poor and desperate.
I never knew my entire family (I’m adopted) was
involved in this terrible conspiracy.
This gives insight into why President Obama has
gone down this path of class warfare. It’s why he’s
waging a nonsensical crusade of self-martydom by advocating the economically inefficient “Buffett Rule.”
You can see it with his pushing of ObamaCare
through Congress, which grants arbitrary powers to
the government and is one step closer to the hyperregulatory progressive state the far left craves.
Is Obama’s (and that of the political left) new
fascination with equalizing outcome, (sacrificing
our liberties in the process, peddling this doctrine of
dependency, and disguised as “fairness”) somehow
related to Obama’s dabbling in far left politics?
How else can you explain his penchant for supporting intrusive government programs, even if they
are detrimental to the economy? I think there are
areas that need further investigation, but one thing is
crystal clear. No conservative could have survived the
attacks from the Democrat Media Complex if he/she
was associated with a litany of far right academics,
politicians, or philosophers.
George W. Bush could never have survived the 2000
primaries if he fraternized with members of the radical
right. He would have been eaten alive.

(Billions) more in Iraq and Afghanistan. Losing weapons in both countries,
missing currency in rebuilding Iraq and
fraud in Afghanistan. Our country could
save 200 Billion or more a year. These
countries don’t like us, or even earn
the money we pay them. We can’t buy
friends, so stop this practice NOW!
I have a question! Why would we
rebuild countries that are our enemies
and arm them with our weapons to use
against us? No enemy would rebuild our
country after defeating us!!!
Bring our Troops, supplies, rations,
and equipment home: We have about
120,000 soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. It cost about $1,000,000.00 per
soldier, per year to keep them over there.
That is: $ 120 Billion Dollars per
year. That money could go toward
paying down our National Debt. If our
interest rates go up just a few points
our government will not be able to pay
the interest on its debt. Then where will
we be? Inflation is already on the rise.
Study what happened to Brazil when it
defaulted on their loans. Four Hundred
percent inflation plus per year. Their
money became worthless on the world
economy. This is just around the corner.
Reduce the Military branches by
50% over the next four years like the
country did after the Viet Nam police
action. The average soldier makes
about $2,500 per year. Reducing Just
the Army to 375,000 soldiers would
save the taxpayer $937,500,000.00 per
month or
$ 11.250 Billion a Year. That is just
the army wages. Reducing the other
branches could save our country almost
as much. Not to mention all the additional medical cost on supporting more
wounded soldiers.
Close all military bases in foreign
countries by 25% each year over the
next four years. Remove all the soldiers, equipment, & supplies. Turn
the land and buildings back over to the
foreign governments. Pay those foreign
governments no additional moneys.
This could result in savings in the Hundreds of Billions a Year.
Lets cut excess spending by keeping our noses out of world affairs.
There is no reason our military needs
to be overseas. Japan, South Korea,
Europe, England, or any other country
doesn’t need or military in there country. Our political views do not need to
be pushed off on countries that do not
value our opinions. ( Telling Israel to
give up land for peace). GOD said to
Israel, I will bless those who bless you
and I will curse those who curse you.
STOP supporting the UN: Every
time we get involved with the UN it
cost us 90% of the military used and
the money spent. Our country needs to
put down its Big Stick and stop bulling
the world. If the UN can not survive
without the United States then let it die!
Our country can no longer afford to
support the UN or its military actions.

a year savings to the taxpayer. How to
do it. Cut each sentence over 20 years
to 15 years. Release any prisoner that
has already served 15 years. 15 Years
to 7.5 years, 10 years to 5 years. Notify
all federal judges from now on if you
are going to give more than 20 years
that they must give the death penalty,
with only one appeal in the following
six months. Execution to take place
on the six month anniversary date. All
Judges to make appeals priority. Close
down Death Rowe.
Start using Tarriffs and Excise
Taxes: Make Hundreds of Billions of
dollars in additional revenues. Any
country/business wanting to sell in the
American markets must pay Tarriffs
and Excises Taxes to bring the price of
there product up to a few cents higher
than an equal American made product.
If they don’t want to pay these taxes,
that country or company must come to
America. Build/buy a plant to manufacture/assemble their products, and hire
American workers for these plants. At
one time in the history of the United
States Tarriffs and Excise taxes funded
90% of our Governments revenues.
Today less than 10%.
All of the companies which left the
United States for cheaper labor will do
as stated in the paragraph above. If not,
the American Market will be closed to
them as well. I don’t care if there Headquarters is here in the United States.
They are not American companies unless they manufacture/assemble there
products and hire American workers in
the United States.
These Two paragraphs alone would
be the start of producing many millions
of jobs in the United States.
Made in the USA Label: No company will be allowed to use this label
unless 100% of their product is made
of products produced in the United
States and assembled/manufactured by
American labor. If one part has been
manufactured in another country that
product cannot use The Made in USA
label.
Collect All Taxes due from Americans: There are million of Americans
that are working under the table and
not filing income taxes. Find out who
these people are and fine the employer
and the individuals. This holds true for
illegal aliens as well. There are Billions
of dollars owed in taxes to the United
States Government. Require every living individual under 70 years old to file
an annual tax return, every year. If they
are working in this country they need to
pay taxes to the State and the Federal
Government. If they are not paying
taxes they should be deported. Whether
American citizens or not.
Do away with all Fair Trade Agreements: They only hurt American businesses and with the minium wage at
$7.50 per hour. Our companies cannot
compete against companies using $1.00
dollar an hour labor. What benefit we
get out of these agreements is very
small compared to the large benefits
the other countries get. We sell only
thousands of dollars of our products in
their countries, while our trade partners
sell millions/billions of dollars worth
of their products here in our markets.
Stopping the Fair Trade agreements
would cause our countries businesses to
fill the void. They may not be able to
compete in foreign countries, but they
would thrive in the United States creating millions of jobs.
A 60 Minutes report on banks involved
in Fraudclosure may present more brand
marketing headaches for some major
banks.
In a news story that premiered April
3rd, 2011 on CBS 60 Minutes, Scott
Pelley revealed shocking news about
how banks, including Wells Fargo and
US Bank, had hired a firm to help track
paperwork related to bank signatures.
But what they ended up with according to one attorney, is fraudulent
paperwork.
CBS reported that we are nearly back
to great recession housing prices as a
new crisis looms. Banks can’t find the
ownership documents, that got caught
up in the mortgage swaps. The assignment of mortgage documents appear
to have been fraudulently recreated, as
discovered by an attorney who happens
to specialize in forged document fraud.
One signature of a “Linda Green,”
appeared as the VP of over 20 banks.
CBS found Mrs. Green in rural Georgia.
In 2003, she went to work at a company called “Dox” a company that the
report states created forged mortgage
documents-recreating missing mortgage
assignments for the banks and providing legally required signatures of banks
vp’s. Mrs. Green, who never was a bank
VP, was the name used because it was
short and easy to sign, according to the
CBS report.
People were paid $10 an hour to sign
documents with the Linda Green name,
signing the name, up to hundreds of signatures per hour, up to 4000 signatures
per day.
It was a common practice to flood
the courts in recent years with these
documents.
The attorney in the story who discovered the fraudulent practices said that
banks who had papers created by the
“Dox” papermill included Wells Fargo,
Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Citibank, and US Bank.
60 Minutes contacted each of those
banks and they said they farmed out
their mortgage servicing work to other
companies and it was those mortgage
services firms that hired Dox, owned
by LPS (Lender Processing Services).
Ok, so here’s the deal. If you’re one

Very Important.... This is a retired Police officer with
the Texas Highway Patrol...........
“If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass
this on to them. Be very cautious about what you say and
to whom. “ I am passing this along...there are comments
from two other people.
I have been asked if we keep guns in the house. The
nurse just kinda slipped it in along with all the other
regular questions. I told her I refused to answer because
it was against the law to ask.
Everyone, whether you have guns or not, should give
a no answer so they have no idea who does and who
doesn’t.
My doctor asked me if I had guns in my house and
also if any were loaded.
I , of course, answered yes to both questions.
Then he asked why I kept a loaded gun close to my bed.
I answered that my son, who is a certified gun instructor and also works for Homeland Security, advised me
that an unloaded, locked up gun is no protection against
criminal attack.
The Government now requires these questions be
asked of people on medicare, and probably everyone else.
Just passing this along for your information: I had to
visit a doctor other than my regular doctor when my doctor was on vacation. One of the questions on the form I
had to fill out was: Do you have any guns in your house??
My answer was None of your damn business!! So it
is out there! It is either an insurance issue or government
intervention.
Either way, it is out there and the second the government gets into your medical records (As they want to
under Obamacare) it will become a major issue and will
ultimately result in lock and load!!

From a Vietnam Vet and retired Police Officer:
I had a doctor’s appointment at the local VA clinic
yesterday and found out something very interesting that
I would like to pass along.
While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I
was asked at the end of the exam, three questions:
1. Did I feel stressed?
2. Did I feel threatened?
3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?
The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered yes
to any of the questions, I would have lost my concealed
carry permit as it would have gone into my medical
records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland
Security.
Looks like they are going after the vets first. Other gun
people like retired law enforcement will probably be next.
Then when they go after the civilians, what argument will
they have? Be forewarned and be aware.
The Obama administration has gone on record as
considering veterans and gun owners potential terrorists.
Whether you are a gun owner veteran or not,
YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
If you know veterans and gun owners, please pass

Computer Vision Syndrome
Staring at a computer monitor for hours on end has
become a part of the modern workday. And inevitably,
all of that staring can put a real strain on your eyes.
The name for eye problems caused by computer use
is computer vision syndrome (CVS). CVS is not one
specific eye problem. Instead, the term encompasses
a whole range of eyestrain and pain experienced by
computer users.
Research shows computer eye problems are common. Somewhere between 50% and 90% of people
who work at a computer screen have at least some
symptoms of eye trouble.
In addition, working adults aren’t the only ones
vulnerable to computer vision syndrome. Kids who
stare at portable video games or who use computers
throughout the day at school also can experience eye
problems related to computer use, especially if the
lighting and computer position are less than ideal.
Computer vision syndrome is similar to carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive stress injuries at
work. It occurs when you’re carrying out the same
motion over and over again. Just like those other
repetitive stress injuries, computer vision syndrome
can get worse the longer you continue the activity.
Working at a computer requires that the eyes continuously focus, move back and forth, and align with
what you are seeing. You may have to look down at
papers and then back up to type, and the eyes have
to accommodate to changing images on the screen in
order to create a clear picture for the brain to interpret.
All of these functions require a lot of effort from eye
muscles. Working on a computer is more challenging
to your eyes than reading a book or piece of paper,
because a computer screen also adds the elements of
screen contrast, flicker, and glare. Computer eye problems are more likely to occur if you already have an
eye problem -- such as nearsightedness or astigmatism
-- or if you need glasses but don’t wear them or wear
the wrong prescription for computer use.
Working at a computer gets even more difficult as
you get older. That’s because the lens of your eye becomes less flexible. The ability to focus on near and
far objects starts to diminish after about age 40 -- a
condition called presbyopia.
There’s no evidence that computer vision syndrome
causes any long-term damage to the eyes -- for example, cataracts. However, regular computer use can
be the source of significant eyestrain and discomfort.
If you have computer vision syndrome, you may
experience some or all of these symptoms:
• blurred vision
• double vision
• dry, red eyes
• eye irritation
• headaches
• neck or back pain
If these symptoms are not treated, they can have a
real effect on your work performance.
Obama’s Milwaukee Visit
ANOTHER RUMOR
WELL! HERE IS ANOTHER RUMOR
Everyone makes mistakes; however, if this error
was made by Romney or Santorum, all hell would have
broken loose and the “independent press” would have
crucified them.
When Obama stopped in at Master Lock in Milwaukee Wisconsin last week, he was walking the plant and
stopped to talk with a plant employee and looked up at
the banner hanging on the wall and said to the workers
and people around him, “It is great to be in a union shop,
especially one as old as this union is “ - - -- pointing to
the banner.
He then said, “A Union shop since 1848” - - - and then
he went on to talk on what that banner stood for and how
important it was to display it and show your union support.
The worker then said to Obama that it was the flag
of the State of Wisconsin - - which was founded in 1848.
DUH!
This was only reported by a local radio station in
Milwaukee (11:30AM) and not by the major news networks - - - They didn’t want to embarrass this “got no
friggin’ clue” President!
Since they didn’t do their job of reporting on this
presidential visit, the only way for the news to get around
is by us - on the Internet.
Do your job; I just did mine, so voters will know
what really happened here and just HOW BRIGHT THIS
PRESIDENT REALLY IS !!!??? NOT!!
FOLKS! It is one thing to crack jokes and even make
snide remarks about a president that is no more than a
lying liberal. It is altogether another thing to tell outright
lies about him.

Barred From Sheite Nations
While in a Blockbuster renting videos I came across a
video called “Obama” There were two men standing next
to me and we talked about President Obama. These guys
were Arabs, so I asked them why they thought Michele
Obama headed home following the President’s recent
visit to France instead of traveling on to Saudi Arabia and
Turkey with her husband.
They told me she could not go to Saudi Arabia , Turkey
or Iraq . I said “Why not,(?) Laura Bush went to Saudi
Arabia , Turkey and Dubai .” They said that Obama is a
Muslim and therefore he is not allowed to bring his wife
into countries that adhere to Sharia Law.
Two points of interest here: 1) I thought it interesting
that two American Arabs at Blockbuster believe that our
President is a Muslim, 2) who follows a strict Islamic
creed. They also said that’s the reason he bowed to the

Coffee is a brewed beverage
with a bitter, acidic flavor prepared from the roasted seeds
of the coffee plant.
The beans are found in coffee cherries, which grow on
trees cultivated in over 70
countries, primarily in equatorial Latin America, Southeast
Asia, South Asia and Africa.
Green (unroasted) coffee is
one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the
world.
Coffee can have a stimulating effect on humans due to its

All coffee plants are classified in the large family Rubiaceae. They are evergreen shrubs
or small trees that may grow 5

The leaves are dark green
and glossy, usually 10–15 cm
(4–6 in) long and 6 cm (2.4
in) wide.
The flowers are axillary,
and clusters of fragrant white
flowers bloom simultaneously
and are followed by oval berries of about 1.5 cm (0.6 in).
Green when immature, they
ripen to yellow, then crimson,

Each berry usually contains two

Coffea arabica is predominantly self-pollinating, and as

Good quality robusta beans
are used in some espresso
blends to provide a full-bodied taste, a better foam head
(known as crema), and to lower
the ingredient cost.
However, Coffea canephora
is less susceptible to disease
than C. arabica and can be
cultivated in lower altitudes
and warmer climates where C.
arabica will not thrive.
The robusta strain was first
collected in 1890 from the Lomani River, a tributary of the
Congo River, and was conveyed
from Zaire to Brussels to Java
around 1900.
From Java, further breeding
resulted in the establishment
of robusta plantations in many
countries.
In particular, the spread
of the devastating coffee leaf
rust (Hemileia vastatrix), to
which C. arabica is vulnerable,
hastened the uptake of the resistant robusta. Coffee leaf rust is
found in virtually all countries
that produce coffee.
Over 900 species of insect
have been recorded as pests
of coffee crops worldwide. Of
these, over a third are beetles,
and over a quarter are bugs.
Some 20 species of nematodes, 9 species of mites, several snails and slugs also attack
the crop.
Birds and rodents sometimes
eat coffee berries but their
impact is minor compared to
invertebrates.
In general, arabica is the more
sensitive species to invertebrate
predation overall.
Each part of the coffee plant
is assailed by different animals.
Nematodes attack the roots, and
borer beetles burrow into stems
and woody material, the foliage
is attacked by over 100 species
of larvae (caterpillars) of butterflies and moths.
Mass spraying of insecticides
has often proven disastrous, as
the predators of the pests are
more sensitive than the pests
themselves.
Instead, integrated pest management has developed, using
techniques such as targeted
treatment of pest outbreaks, and

away from conditions favouring pests. Branches infested
with scale are often cut and left
on the ground, which promotes
scale parasites to not only attack the scale on the fallen
branches but in the plant as well
In 2009 Brazil was the world
leader in production of green
coffee, followed by Vietnam,
Indonesia and Colombia.[34]
Arabica coffee beans are cultivated in Latin America, eastern
Africa, Arabia, or Asia. Robusta coffee beans are grown
in western and central Africa,
throughout southeast Asia, and
to some extent in Brazil.
Beans from different countries or regions can usually be
distinguished by differences in
flavor, aroma, body, and acidity. These taste characteristics
are dependent not only on the
coffee’s growing region, but
also on genetic subspecies
(varietals) and processing.
Varietals are generally known
by the region in which they are
grown, such as Colombian,
Java and Kona.
Ecological effects
Originally, coffee farming
was done in the shade of trees
that provided a habitat for many
animals and insects.
Remnant forest trees were
used for this purpose, but many
species have been planted as
well. These include leguminous
trees of the genera Acacia,
Albizia, Cassia, Erythrina,
Gliricidia, Inga, and Leucaena,
as well as the nitrogen-fixing
non-legume sheoaks of the
genus Casuarina, and the silky
oak Grevillea robusta.
This method is commonly
referred to as the traditional
shaded method, or “shadegrown”.
Starting in the 1970s, many
farmers switched their production method to sun cultivation,
in which coffee is grown in
rows under full sun with little
or no forest canopy. This causes
berries to ripen more rapidly
and bushes to produce higher
yields, but requires the clearing
of trees and increased use of
fertilizer and pesticides, which
damage the environment and
cause health problems.
Ultimately, unshaded coffee enhanced by fertilizer use
yields the highest amounts
of coffee, although unfertilized shaded crops generally
yield higher than unfertilized
unshaded crops—namely the
response to fertilizer is much
greater in full sun.
Although traditional coffee
production causes berries to
ripen more slowly and produce
lower yields, the quality of the
coffee is allegedly superior.
In addition, the traditional
shaded method provides living space for many wildlife
species. Proponents of shade
cultivation say environmental

problems such as deforestation, pesticide pollution, habitat
destruction, and soil and water
degradation are the side effects
of the practices employed in
sun cultivation.
Coffee berries
The American Birding Association, Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center, National
Arbor Day Foundation, and the
Rainforest Alliance have led a
campaign for “shade-grown”
and organic coffees, which can
be sustainably harvested.
Shaded coffee cultivation
systems show greater biodiversity than full-sun systems, and
those more distant from continuous forest compare rather
poorly to undisturbed native
forest in terms of habitat value
for some bird species.
Another issue concerning
coffee is its use of water. According to New Scientist, using
industrial farming practices, it
takes about 140 liters (37 U.S.
gal) of water to grow the coffee
beans needed to produce one
cup of coffee, and the coffee is
often grown in countries where
there is a water shortage, such
as Ethiopia.
By using sustainable agriculture methods, the amount
of water usage can be dramatically reduced, while retaining
comparable yields.
For comparison, the United
States Geological Survey reports that:
•one egg requires an input of
454 liters (120 U.S. gal) of
water;
•one serving of milk requires
an input of 246 liters (65 U.S.
gal) of water;
•one serving of rice requires
an input of 132 liters (35 U.S.
gal) of water;
•one glass of wine requires an
input of 120 liters (32 U.S.
gal) of water.[48]
Coffee grounds may be used
for composting or as a mulch.
They are especially appreciated by worms and acid-loving
plants such as blueberries.
Some commercial coffee
shops run initiatives to make
better use of these grounds,
including Starbucks’ “Grounds
for your Garden” project, and
community sponsored initiatives such as “Ground to
Ground”.

Processing
Coffee berries and their seeds
undergo several processes before they become the familiar
roasted coffee. Berries have
been traditionally selectively
picked by hand; a labor intensive method, it involves the
selection of only the berries at
the peak of ripeness.
More commonly, crops are
strip picked, where all berries
are harvested simultaneously
regardless of ripeness by person
or machine.
After picking, green coffee is
processed by one of two methods—the dry process method,

simpler and less labor intensive as the berries can be strip
picked, and the wet process
method, which incorporates
fermentation into the process
and yields a mild coffee.[
Then they are sorted by ripeness and color and most often
the flesh of the berry is removed, usually by machine,
and the seeds—usually called
beans—are fermented to remove the slimy layer of mucilage still present on the bean.
When the fermentation is
finished, the beans are washed
with large quantities of fresh
water to remove the fermentation residue, which generates
massive amounts of coffee
wastewater. Finally, the seeds
are dried.
The best (but least used)
method of drying coffee is
using drying tables. In this
method, the pulped and fermented coffee is spread thinly
on raised beds, which allows
the air to pass on all sides of
the coffee, and then the coffee
is mixed by hand.
In this method the drying that
takes place is more uniform,
and fermentation is less likely.
Most African coffee is dried in
this manner and certain coffee
farms around the world are
starting to use this traditional
method.
Next, the coffee is sorted,
and labeled as green coffee.
Another way to let the coffee
beans dry is to let them sit on
a concrete patio and rake over
them in the sunlight. Some
companies use cylinders to
pump in heated air to dry the
coffee beans, though this is
generally in places where the
humidity is very high.[
Some coffee undergoes a peculiar process, such as kopi luwak. It is made from the beans
of coffee berries which have
been eaten by the Asian Palm
Civet and other related civets,
passing through its digestive
tract. This process resulted in
coffee beans with much less
bitterness, widely noted as the
most expensive coffee in the
world with prices reaching
$160 per pound.
Roasting
The next step in the process
is the roasting of the green coffee. Coffee is usually sold in
a roasted state, and with rare
exceptions all coffee is roasted
before it is consumed.
It can be sold roasted by the
supplier, or it can be home
roasted. The roasting process
influences the taste of the
beverage by changing the coffee bean both physically and
chemically.
The bean decreases in weight
as moisture is lost and increases
in volume, causing it to become less dense. The density
of the bean also influences the
strength of the coffee and requirements for packaging.
The actual roasting begins
when the temperature inside
the bean reaches approximately
200 °C (392 °F), though different varieties of beans differ
in moisture and density and
therefore roast at different rates.
During roasting, caramelization occurs as intense heat
breaks down starches in the

bean, changing them to simple sugars that
begin to brown, changing the color of the
bean.
Sucrose is rapidly lost during the roasting process and may disappear entirely in
darker roasts.
During roasting, aromatic oils and acids
weaken, changing the flavor; at 205 °C
(401 °F), other oils start to develop. One
of these oils is caffeol, created at about 200
°C (392 °F), which is largely responsible
for coffee’s aroma and flavor.
Decaffeination
Decaffeination is the act of removing caffeine from coffee beans, cocoa, tea leaves
and other caffeine-containing materials.
(While caffeine-free soft drinks are occasionally referred to as “decaffeinated”,
some are better termed “uncaffeinated”:
prepared without adding caffeine during
production.) Despite removal of caffeine,
many decaffeinated drinks still have around
1-2% of the original caffeine remaining in
them.
In the case of coffee, various methods can
be used. The process is usually performed
on unroasted (green) beans, and starts with
steaming of the beans. They are then rinsed
with a solvent that extracts the caffeine
while leaving the other essential chemicals
in the coffee beans.
The process is repeated anywhere from 8
to 12 times until it meets either the international standard of having removed 97% of
the caffeine in the beans or the EU standard
of having the beans 99.9% caffeine-free
by mass.
Coffee contains over 400 chemicals important to the taste and aroma of the final
drink: It is, therefore, challenging to remove
only caffeine while leaving the other chemicals at their original concentrations.
Coffea arabica normally contains about
half the caffeine of Coffea robusta. A Coffea
arabica bean containing little caffeine was
discovered in Ethiopia in 2004.

Roselius process
The first commercially successful decaffeination process was invented by Ludwig
Roselius and Karl Wimmer in 1903. It involved steaming coffee beans with a brine
(salt water) solution and then using benzene
as a solvent to remove the caffeine.
Coffee decaffeinated this way was sold
as Kaffee HAG after the company name
Kaffee Handels-Aktien-Gesellschaft (Coffee Trading Company) in most of Europe,
as Café Sanka in France and later as Sanka
brand coffee in the U.S. Café HAG and
Sanka are now worldwide brands of Kraft
Foods. Due to health concerns regarding
benzene, this process is no longer used
commercially and Coffee Hag and Sanka
are produced using a different process.
Swiss Water Process
The Swiss Water Process is a method
of decaffeinating coffee beans developed
by the Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee
Company. To decaffeinate the coffee bean
by the Swiss Water method, a batch of
green (unroasted) beans is soaked in hot
water, releasing caffeine. When all the
caffeine and coffee solids are released into
the water, the beans are discarded. The
water then passes through a carbon filter
that traps caffeine but lets the coffee solids
pass through. The resulting solution, called
“green coffee extract (GCE)” by the company, is now available for decaffeinating
coffee. New green coffee beans are introduced to the GCE. Since the GCE is coffee
solids without caffeine, only the caffeine
diffuses from the new beans. The GCE
passes through proprietary carbon, which
captures the caffeine. The process repeats,
filtering out all the caffeine until the beans
are 99.9% caffeine-free. These beans are
removed and dried, and thus retain most if
not all of their flavor.
Although the process was pioneered in
Switzerland in the 1930s, today the world’s
last major Swiss Water Process decaffeination facility is based near Vancouver,
British Columbia, Canada.[2] However this
process is simple enough to be used locally

The town I live in is “SICK!”
The disease it suffers from
is killing it. The disease has
a very common name. Nearly
every city in America is suffering from it.
In fact, you might call it a
pan-demic.
You ask, “What could possibly be so wrong that I would
have missed it?”
The sickness is called ‘Free’
of the genus, ‘Discount,’
‘Dole,’ ‘Deduction,’ ‘Entitlement’ or.’Kickback
It’s root source is ‘Coveteousness’. It’s origin began with
satan in the Garden of Eden and
in the beginning it was (and still
is) called ‘Greed.’
‘Free’ is killing my town;
and, I dare say that it is killing
your town too.
The symptoms are:
• Empty store fronts
• Vacant houses
• Fewer customers in cafes
• Less remodeling
• No new construction
• More law suits
• More drunk drivers
• More drug arrests
• More folks on food stamps
• More homeless
• More divorced
• More Suicides
I could name a few more
but you will have gotten the
idea by now.
I was visiting with a local
contractor this morning. He
informed me that he was going
to have to forego helping the recovering addicts and alcoholics
in town with odd jobs.
It seems that those who could
more than afford to pay these
men to do the job, simply
expected them to work for
‘FREE!’ This meant that the
contractor was being forced to
pay the costs of:
• Transportation to the job
• Repair of the chainsaws
• Repair of the Lawnmowers
• Sharpening of the saws
• Repair of the weedeaters
• Purchase of replacements
• Gasoline and oil for them
• Gasoline for the truck
• Necessary materials
And so many hours of his
time away from his normal
work that he could no longer
support himself.
What had begun with the
intention of helping the elderly,
disabled and truly needy had
evolved into a , “Call, Mr. So &
So, he has a crew of drunks and
pot heads that will do it free!”
Shame on America! Shame
on those who are so hungry
for a bargain that they take
advantage of men and women
because they happen to be uneducated, afflicted, addicted or
ignorant.
And worse yet, who take advantage of those generous folkwho give their all in an attempt
to help these same needy souls.
Well, it all began it’s exponential degression with a demented United States President
by the name of Franklin Delano
Roosevelt.
Until his “New Deal”, men
of honor (if you were a man in
those days you were generally
a man of honor) wouldn’t think
of not paying for what they
received.
It was nearly impossible to
give a gift without argument.
Everyone was not only willing,
but insisted on paying.
Then came FDR’s ‘New
Deal’, with it’s income reporting system of taxation which
introduced the ‘deduction’,
which almost everyone began
to covet.
Next thing you know, a few
began to get away with claim-

1. Calif 's 20 Billion Dollar Budget Deficit
2. The Calif Supreme Court ruling that ILLEGALS can attend
college and get benefits. (Why
don't they just deport them
when they arrive to register?)
3. Last year they ran an article
on the yearly costs to Calif
Taxpayers from Illegals using
Hospital Emergency Rooms
for their general health care At just one hospital the cost to tax
payers totaled over 25 million a year
Someone please tell me what the
HECK's wrong with all the people
that run this country!!!!!!
We're "broke" & can't help our own
Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless etc.,???????????
In the last months we have provided aid to Haiti , Chile , and Turkey . And now Pakistan .....home of
bin Laden. Literally, BILLIONS of
DOLLARS!!!
Our retired seniors living on a
'fixed income' receive no aid nor
do they get any breaks while our
government and religious organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of
$$$$$$'s and Tons of Food to Foreign Countries!
They call Social Security and
Medicare an entitlement even though
most of us have been paying for it
all our working lives and now when
its time for us to collect, the government is running out of money. Why
did the government borrow from it
in the first place?
We have hundreds of adoptable
children who are shoved aside to
make room for the adoption of foreign orphans.
AMERICA: a country where we
have homeless without shelter,
children going to bed hungry, elderly going without 'needed' meds,
and mentally ill without treatment
-etc,etc.
YET.....................
They have a 'Benefit' for the
people of Haiti on 12 TV stations,
ships and planes lining up with food,
water, tents clothes, bedding, doctors
and medical supplies.
Imagine if the *GOVERNMENT*
gave 'US' the same support they give
to other countries.
Have you noticed all the countries
that coming to our aid with all our
flooding, tornados, drought & wild
fires? We ought to sit around & cry
because we are getting no aid from
Lybia, Syria, Yemen, Haiti etc & see
if it works for us HA HA HA. Export
all aliens & their families, bring all
troops & Americians from around
the world home, Secure the borders
& give the world a one digit salute.

how difficult it is to account for the
amounts of money the government,
charities and volunteers claim to
have spent helping these foriegn
nations, some of whom are wealtier
than those contributing to them? In
many cases, the figures simply do
not add up.

There are times when all voters should
look at what they think is proper governance even when their party is in power.
Most people say they favor living in
a democracy, which in our case means
using the Constitution as a guide to living and making laws. But we the people
have had no voice in any phase of govt.
for far too long.
The majority did not want Obamacare (guaranteed to give us more IRS
agents and fewer doctors). They wanted
stricter immigration laws and control.
The people of New York don’t want
a mosque built any where near ground
zero but the city says otherwise.
Judges give us laws that are counter
to the people’s desires, often nullifying
voter’s decisions.
The President, Congress, activist
judges, and government in general
dictate what we can and can’t do in opposition to the Constitution. Meanwhile
we get more unelected, appointed czars
with very questionable backgrounds,
bureaucrats with power to shape policy,
and they are not accountable to the
voters.
We get cap and trade (that raises all
energy prices) against voter’s desires,
and making national monuments by
executive order, that prevent citizens’
ability to engage in rural industries is
not govt. by or for the people.
It’s soft tyranny, in the current jargon,
but tyranny in any case.
It is not acceptable for a few wonks
huddled in a room to make enormous
national policy. This led to the Tea Party
movement.
There are many in govt. that rail
against the Tea Party as if the movement wants things that are wrong for
the country. The Tea Party is made up
of CONSTITUTIONALISTS period.
None of them desire any govt. action
that is not based on the Constitution.
The govt. at present is moving farther
from the Constitution all the time and
the Tea Party continues to grow for the
same reason.
Simply put, those who want to govern
against our Constitution must be eliminated every election cycle until we get
back to the original plan for governance.
Our govt. should be as transparent
as they all claim to be and quit making
unconstitutional laws in locked rooms
with a few bureaucrats who know their
way around procedures and who think
they can tell true experts how to better
run their businesses, farms and lives.
As an advocate of the FAIR TAX I’ve
written all our legislators asking them
to study the better way to collect the
money to operate our govt. The answers
I’ve gotten show their utter ignorance
and their contempt for the brilliant
economists who conceived the FAIR

necessary. Please share this with friends.
Editor’s Comment:
There is no intent on the part
of this paper to discredit any charitable
organization; however, common sense
dictates that we all take a close look at
the overall picture.
While it is true that without the
above named charities, most international calamities would remain unattended, it is equally true that their ability to promote themselves thru massive
(very expensive) media campaigns has
robbed our small local charities of the
money needed to meet the local crisis
when they strike.
As founder and president of
United Christian Fund I have, for 31
years, heard the excuse, “My contributions go to the Red Cross.” or “I give to
my church benevolent fund.”
Those ignoring our small organization never stop to consider that
Red Cross has enormous scope; or. that
their church benevolent fund is capable
to fund only the tiniest needs.
Many organizations that fit in between the largest and the smallest are
unable to get sufficient funding because the largest and smallest have
direct communication with their contributors; whereas, organizations capable of meeting the larger personal
crisis, like that of the ‘stay-at-home
mom with 6 young children when the
husband looses 3 limbs or suddenly
dies get nothing! we are giving all of
our gifts to the largest or to the smallest
and none to those in between.
YOU SAY, “But how do I know if
they are legitimate and not just another
scam?”
The scripture says, “You know a
tree by it’s fruit.”
Check their record. You assume
that the Red Cross is doing tremendous
good because the media reports that
they do.
You know that your church is feeding and clothing many poor.
You are, “Seeing their fruit.”
Any legitimate charity will have
many examples of their fruit for you to
examine.
Take United Christian Fund, for
example. It’s method of helping those
persons suffering personal financial
crisis is oviously pure; since, you mail
your gift directly to the person in need.
In this manner you know without a
doubt where all of your gift is going.
What part of the gift does UCF get?
UCF gets only the empty envelope
that you mailed your gift in after the
recipient has written the amount you
gave on it. This is how UCF knows
how much the recipient received and
how much you gave.
How does UCF get funds on which
to operate?
In 41 years all labor required to
operate the charity has been strictly
volunteer. Total costs of operation
have been only printing and mailing
the appeals; AND, you pay for that by
mailing your gift to the UCF operating
budget.in a second envelope accompanying each appeal.

A Great Senior Moment!
There were protesters on the metro
platform handing out pamphlets on the
evils of America. I politely declined to
take one.
The elderly woman was behind me getting off the escalator and a young (20-ish)
female protester offered her a pamphlet,
which she politely declined.
The young protester put her hand on
the old woman’s shoulder as a gesture
of friendship and in a very soft voice the
young lady said,
“Lady, don’t you care about the children
of Iraq?”
The old woman looked up at her and
said, “Honey, my father died in France
during World War II, I lost my husband
in Korea , and a son in Vietnam .
All three died so a bitch like you could
have the right to stand here and badmouth
our country.
If you touch me again, I’ll stick this
umbrella up your a. . . .and open it.”

Three women die together in an accident

to this ugly man!’
The next day, the second woman steps accidentally on a duck. And along comes St.
Peter, who doesn’t miss a thing. With him is
another extremely ugly man.He chains them
together with the same admonishment as for
the first woman.
The third woman has observed all this and,

an ugly man, is very, VERY careful where
she steps.
She manages to go months without stepping on any ducks, but One day St.Peter
comes up to her with the most handsome
man she has ever laid eyes on........... .... Very
tall, long eyelashes, muscular.

Are our leaders taking this country
down the wrong path? I believe they are!
This country was strong and blessed by
God thanks to the brave men that wrote the
United States Constitution. They knew that
our nation would be prosperous as long as
we were one nation under God.
However, since the sixties our nation
has removed the Holy Bibles from our
schools, removed the Ten Commandments
from our public buildings They have allowed Hollywood to glorify every sin God
identifies in the Ten Commandments.
We as a nation have turned our backs
on God. We are removing the name of
Christ Jesus from our holidays and now
they want to remove “One Nation Under
God” from the Pledge of Allegiance. There
is also a movement to remove this nation
and its people from God the Father, Jesus
the son, and the Holy Spirit.
Our elected officials can’t be trusted to
do what is good for the people who elected
them. These elected officials take bribes to
pass laws and print money 24 hours a day.
Right now this country is 150 Trillion
in debt. If you include all the entitlement
programs they do not have money to pay
for. Say good bye to the Social Security
Program; to the Medicare/ Medicaid Programs.
Yes, we paid in to them, but our elected
officials stole our money to fund wars,
none of us asked for and to expand their
governments.
Say good bye to Food Stamps, Government Housing, Welfare, VA Disability
checks and Retirement checks for Federal
Workers.
Yes, say good bye to your 401K’s and
IRA’s The government will impound them
too. Yes, every one of these programs will
start to fall one by one.
We the citizens of this country can
turn this nation around if we will all pray
together as One Nation Under God.
I wrote this prayer for us to pray to
God with. For with God all things are
possible.
Father GOD, we now come boldly
before your throne of grace, through the
blood of Jesus. Your son Jesus died on the
Cross for the forgiveness of our sins. We
have been made the righteousness of God
through Christ Jesus. We inherit the name
of Jesus and were given authority to use
His name against the enemy.
Eph 1:3 Says; Blessed be the God
and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who

As the branches of the vine we are now
members of the church of Christ. We have
all the authority of Jesus to use his name to
overthrow the enemy. God Himself is the
power behind our authority! The devil and
his forces are obligated to recognize our
authority.
Eph 6:12 Says; We wrestle not against
flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual
wickedness in high places.
Our nation and its government leaders
are full of darkness. They are led by Satan.
Do not allow the corruption of the enemy to
take our nation down the wide path of evil
and unrighteousness.
The enemy is trying to destroy this
nation by deceiving the people with their
wickedness, sin, socialism, and uncontrolled
spending policies.
If the leaders of our nation are corrupt
and are not walking in the light of God. Remove them from office in disgrace
Father. We ask and pray it in the
name of Jesus! Replace them with God
fearing leaders that will lead our nation
back into the light of God. As your word
says in:
Mat 16:19 And I will give unto thee the
keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt bind on Earth will be bound
in heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt loose
on Earth will be loosed in heaven.
As members of the church of Christ
Jesus, we now bind you Satan and cast you
and all your evil spirits out of our government leadership positions, in the name of
Jesus. Further, we bind you Satan and your
evil spirits from all the unrighteousness you
are spreading throughout our nation, in the
name of Jesus.
We loose in the fear of God, love, peace
and joy into all the people of our great nation,
in the name of Jesus. Further, we loose into
the unrighteous people of this nation, the
conviction of the Holy spirit, in the name
of Jesus.
Father, we stand upon your word, because it is Your will. Your word says in:
Isa 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth
forth out of my mouth: It shall not return
unto me void, but it shall prosper in the thing
whereto I sent it.
We thank you Father, with all praise,
honor, and glory for hearing our prayer. In

laughter to my eyes. I wonder how often we take
for granted that children understand what we are
teaching???

The Children’s Bible in a Nutshell
In the beginning, which occurred near the start,
there was nothing but God, darkness, and some gas.
The Bible says,’The Lord thy God is one, but I think
He must be a lot older than that.
Anyway, God said, ‘Give me a light!’ and someone
did.
Then God made the world. He split the Adam
and made Eve. Adam and Eve were naked,but they
weren’t embarrassed because mirrors hadn’t beeninvented yet. Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating
one bad apple, so they were driven from the Garden
of Eden. Not sure what they were driven in though,
because they didn’t have cars.
Adam and Eve had a son, Cain, who hated his
brother as long as he was Abel.
Pretty soon all of the early people died off, except
for Methuselah, who lived to be like a million or
something.
One of the next important people was Noah, who
was a good guy,but one of his kids was kind of a Ham.
Noah built a large boat and put his family and some
animals on it. He asked some other people to join him,
but they said they would have to take a rain check.
After Noah came Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Jacob
was more famous than his brother, Esau, because
Esau sold Jacob his birthmark in exchange for some
pot roast. Jacob had a son named Joseph who wore
a really loud sports coat.
Another important Bible guy is Moses, whose
real name was Charlton Heston. Moses led the Israel
Lights out of Egypt and away from the evil Pharaoh
after God sent ten plagues on Pharaoh’s people.
These plagues included frogs, mice, lice, bowels,
and no cable.
God fed the Israel Lights every day with manicotti.
Then he gave them His Top Ten Commandments.
These include: don’t lie, cheat, smoke, dance, or covet
yourneighbor’s stuff.
Oh, yeah, I just thought of one more:Humor thy
father and thy mother.
One of Moses’ best helpers was Joshua who was
the first Bible guy to use spies. Joshua fought the
battle of Geritol andthe fence fell over on the town.
After Joshua came David. He got to be king by
killing agiant with a slingshot. He had a son named
Solomon who hadabout 300 wives and 500 porcupines. My teacher says he was wise,but that doesn’t
sound very wise to me.
After Solomon there were a bunch of major league
prophets. One of these was Jonah, who was swallowed by a big whale and thenbarfed up on the shore.
There were also some minor leagueprophets, but I
guess we don’t have to worry about them.
After the Old Testament came the New Testament.
Jesus is the star of The New. He was born in Bethlehem in a barn.(I wish I had been born in a barn too,
because my mom is always saying to me, ‘Close the
door! Were you born in a barn?’ It would be nice to
say, ‘As a matter of fact, I was.’)
During His life, Jesus had many arguments with
sinners like the Pharisees and the Democrats.
Jesus also had twelve opossums.
The worst one was Judas Asparagus. Judas was so
evil that they named a terrible vegetable after him.
Jesus was a great man. He healed many leopards
and even preached to some Germans on the Mount.
But the Democrats and all those guys put Jesus on
trial before Pontius the Pilot.
Pilot didn’t stick up for Jesus. He just washed his
hands instead.
Anyways, Jesus died for our sins, then came back
to life again.
He went up to Heaven but will be back at the end
of the Aluminum.
His return is foretold in the book of Revolution.

Here’s the tale of lazy Jane
Who lost the use of half her brain.
She could retrieve it, hasn’t yet.
It’s right beside her TV set.
She found her programs wild and thrilling.
All the while her brain was spilling
through her ear nd on the floor,
as she forgot what it is for.
And so it sits, a pile of gray.
It’s useless to this very day.
About her programs, Jane does scoff,
“I’ve half a mind to turn them off.”
While hiking down along the border this morning,
I saw a Muslim extremist fall into the Rio Grande
River . He was struggling to stay afloat because of
all the guns and bombs he was carrying.
Along with him was a Mexican who was also
struggling to stay afloat because of the large backpack
of drugs that was strapped to his back. If they didn’t
get help, they’d surely drown.
Being a responsible Texan and abiding by the
law to help those in distress, I informed the El Paso
County Sheriff ‘s Office and Homeland Security.
It is now 4 PM, both have drowned, and neither
authority has responded. I’m starting to think I wasted
two stamps.
