Planning a tailgate party has never been easier. The Lloyd Noble Center staff will work with you to pinpoint all of your party wants and
needs, and then make it happen. Indoor and outdoor pregame tailgating areas are available at the Lloyd Noble Center, conveniently
located ONE MILE south of the Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Reserved RV spaces are also available. For questions or reservations, please contact the Lloyd Noble Center Administration Office at (405) 325-4666 or visit us online at lloydnoblecenter.com.

Theclinton
Clinton Lounge
is a comfortable banquet room perfect for more
lounge
intimate tailgate gatherings. This banquet room, located on the east
side of the Lloyd Noble Center, can accommodate up to 80 guests, a
small stage and catering tables. The Clinton Lounge is also equipped
with two flat-screen televisions for your party to enjoy during
pre-game festivities, making it the perfect spot for a successful,
smaller-sized tailgate gathering.

The Chesapeake Energy Courtside Club is a banquet room that
can be utilized for your party with both indoor and outdoor patio
space. This space offers the availability of lounge furniture and
two patios, catering tables and bar area. Two large projection
screens can also help turn the Chesapeake Energy Courtside Club
into a college football fan’s dream. No matter what the weather
decides to do, the Chesapeake Energy Courtside Club is your reliable, comfortable place to tailgate.

The most spacious place to have your private tailgate party is in our
parking lots. We can arrange for rental of large party tents, tables,
chairs, food and optional alcohol, as well as security to ensure that
your party is for your fans only! This is a great way to get outside
and get the grilling started early with the privacy that you want.

LLOYD NOBLE CENTER TAILGAITING POLICY
Tailgating on football game day is a wonderful and long-standing tradition at The University of Oklahoma. The University’s tailgating policy is
designed to ensure:
- The comfort and enjoyment of game day patrons
- The safety, security, and well-being of all people associated with game day activities
- The safeguarding and preservation of all public property under the management of the University
• The setting up of tents, awnings, and similar equipment may commence at noon on the day immediately preceding the game, most typically on Friday for a Saturday game. The items must be taken down and removed by noon on the Sunday immediately following game day.
Items not claimed within a reasonable time may be disposed of by the University at its discretion. Any such items that are set up outside of
this time frame will need to be arranged through the LNC staff by contacting the Lloyd Noble Center Administration Office, (405)325-4666.
• Tents, awnings and similar equipment must be securely anchored with water barrels. The Lloyd Noble Center Staff will work with the party
in arranging the ordering of equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc..) to accommodate the expected attendance. Private individuals, groups, or
businesses will need to arrange the need for portable restrooms through the Lloyd Noble Center.
• Generators may be used so long as they do not damage University property; e.g., if a generator is placed on a grassy area it must rest on a
board or other hard material to protect the grass and soil beneath.
• The hooking into, connecting to, or similar use of University utilities and/or television or communication cable services is prohibited.
• Vending or selling of items is prohibited without proper approval.
• Catering, liqour/alcohol must be ordered through the Lloyd Noble Center Administrative Office.
• Gas and charcoal grills with covers are permitted. Open flames are prohibited.
• Corporate or commercially sponsored tailgates are prohibited unless proper arrangements/reservations are planned through the LNC staff. Those who wish to organize and provide such sites should contact the Lloyd Noble Center Administrative Office
• Small non-University vehicles such as golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, and the like are prohibited on campus

SHUTTLE INFORMATION
Shuttle Route
The game day shuttle transports fans from the Lloyd Noble Center to Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium on Saturdays. The shuttle
route picks up fans at the bus stop at the north parking lot of Lloyd Noble Center. It goes straight up Asp to First Street and unloads
pedestrians at the laundry mat (see map below). The shuttle then returns by way of Maple to Asp and returns back to the Lloyd Noble Center.
The shuttle runs continually starting three hours prior to game time until one hour after the game. Tickets can be purchased on game day at
the bus stop and the round trip costs $3 per person. (Subject to change)
Limited Mobility Shuttle Route
Patrons with limited mobility may ride the limited mobility shuttle for $3 round trip. This shuttle route begins at the Lloyd Noble Center
and unloads on Asp Avenue, immediately west of the stadium by gates 1 through 4. Because of the high demand for the shuttle service,
the service is restricted to those patrons who have limited mobility and one (1) caretaker for riders needing additional assistance. For more

Stadium Prohibited Items
Please see note the items below that can and cannot be taken into the Gaylord Family- Oklahoma Memorial
Stadium. It would be very helpful for us (and most importantly your fans) if you can send these to somebody to post on
your website so everyone knows what to expect when they arrive at our stadium.
Except for items pertaining to medical conditions or child care, all bags, backpacks, video cameras, large cases
for binoculars or other items, fanny packs and large purses (larger than 10”x10”) are prohibited and banned. Only those
items required for medical or family needs plus empty, clear personal-sized containers suitable for drinking water will be
permitted.
Prohibited items include:
• Alcoholic beverages
• Baby seats & strollers
• Backpacks (or any large bags)
• Banners/signs
• Cameras (with long telephoto lenses)
• Coolers or containers
• Explosives
• Folding chairs or stools
• Food and beverages/ice chests
• Laser pointers
• Pets (except for disabilities)
• Personal heaters
• Stadium seats with armrests or over 16 inches wide
• Umbrellas
• Noisemakers of any type
Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium gate entries
• Gates for general public entry are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11 and 12 will open 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
• Public Will Call, lost ticket reports and Disability Services are located in the main ticket office, located in the Asp Avenue Parking Facility near Gate 1.
• No public re-entry is permitted with medical/emergency situations being only exception. Fans may exit and return to
the stadium at any time during the game for medical or other emergency situations.
