The Noble Way. About the Position: UIC College Prep is currently seeking a Dean of Instruction. As a member of our Administrative Team, the Dean of Instruction will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality curricula are developed and that students’ learning experiences are exciting, rigorous and prepare them for success in college. Some of the responsibilities include executing a high quality professional development plan around our instructional matrix to ensure the continuous development of all staff, overseeing the development and implementation of a rigorous, college preparatory curriculum, providing necessary support to keep the academic program running smoothly, and ensuring high levels of student achievement as measured by EPAS.
