Team Introduction
Bosch on-site service team, constituted by experts
with relevant work experience for over 10 years and
professional training by Bosch in automotive
industry, can provide Bosch franchisees with
comprehensive support for workshop's
establishment and operation.
In 2014, there are about 20 people in Bosch service
team. The team will be developed to 60 in 2015 and
will continue to expand to provide relevant service
to franchisees in the future.
In Bosch service team, each sale will serve about 10
franchisees every year in terms of their
establishment and consulting requisition, by
providing each franchisee with professional and
efficient support. Each member of the team will
serve about 15 franchisees every year, guaranteeing
that every franchisee can receive professional
operation instruction and guidelines.

Application Process
Firstly, intention customers apply for Franchise
Bosch Car Service, recruiters will be auditing
according to FRC BCS qualification checklist.
Then, business process assistant and
implementation team review the qualification
checklist. After Franchisees passed with its
qualification checklist, recruiters will inform
AA-AS to purchase equipment and sign FRC
contract. Secondly, recruiters inform
customers of paying Franchising fee, and
AA/PJ-FRC starts to prepare for FRC package,
as well as support Franchisees for workshop
establishment. Thirdly, consultants does
on-site acceptance after Franchisee's workshop
establishment. Then, consultants inform quality
manager to release authorization card to
qualified FRC BCS and the workshop will be
allowed for business opening.
