January 2015 Michael Hirsch is new vice president of Sales and Marketing at Bosch Service Solutions Frankfurt am Main – Since December, 2014 Michael Hirsch is responsible for global Sales and Marketing at Bosch Service Solutions. Mr. Hirsch will support the realignment of the business as the leading solution supplier in the field of Business Process Outsourcing and innovative business models. In his position Michael Hirsch is responsible for developing innovative and technology driven service solutions that are tailored to the requirements of our customers. For this purpose he will further expand the IT and consulting expertise of the company, especially in the fields of Building & Infrastructure Services, Mobility Services and Customer Interaction Services. Before joining the Bosch Group Michael Hirsch has worked as a strategy consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultant in Munich and Shanghai for seven years. Focus areas were strategy and corporate development with emphasis on business process outsourcing and setting up shared service centers among others. Most recently the economist was responsible for three years in the central department Business Development of Bosch Security Systems for the strategy process as well as the strategic realignment of the sales organization for the product business.
