Automotive Technology
Automotive Original Equipment
As the world’s number one independent manufacturer of automotive parts and
systems, Bosch’s products and technology are found on virtually every car produced
throughout the world. Bosch has brought about many significant automotive
innovations since the start of the age of the motor car and now develops technology
that enhances environmental protection, including turbocharged downsized engines.
With a continued focus on developing economical solutions for vehicles across the
world, Bosch technology can reduce the fuel consumption of diesel and gasoline
cars by 30 percent. Bosch’s commitment to safety has led to the development
of industry leading safety systems such as Anti Lock Braking System (ABS), the
Electronic Stability Program (ESP®) and Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB). Bosch
also develops smart solutions for the integration of entertainment, navigation and
telematics to make the driving experience as enjoyable as possible.
