Assistant/Associate/Full Professor Position in Entrepreneurship The Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School-Newark and New Brunswick invites applications for a tenure track position in Entrepreneurship starting in September 2015. Faculty rank is open depending on qualifications. Strong candidates will demonstrate outstanding research potential and have an active research program, excellent teaching capabilities, and desire to engage in service activities. Applicants should have a doctoral degree granted or nearly completed (i.e., ABD). The newly-formed Rutgers Institute for the Study of Entrepreneurship Ecosystems (RISEE) incorporates and will build upon three flourishing initiatives: The Center for Urban Entrepreneurship & Economic Development, the New Jersey Social Innovation Institute and the Rutgers Technology Management Research Center. RISEE is positioned to become one of the premier organizations in the country for the study of entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will work with the soon-to-be-appointed George F. Farris Chair in Entrepreneurship and with a group of talented researchers whose current expertise spans the areas of social entrepreneurship, urban entrepreneurship, and technology and innovation management. Teaching will include undergraduate and graduate courses and supervision of doctoral students. Faculty members are expected to teach on both campuses and are provided an office on either campus depending on needs. In addition to faculty associated with RISEE, the Department of Management and Global Business has world-renowned faculty with specialties in strategy, international business, ethics and corporate social responsibility, cross cultural management, diversity, organization behavior, and organizational justice.
