Summary
Lidiana is Associate Attorney in Jones & Keller’s litigation section. Lidiana’s practice
focuses on civil litigation, trials, complex commercial litigation, and appeals. She has
represented large financial institutions, private investors, public entities, corporations, and
individuals.
Prior to joining Jones & Keller, Lidiana was a law clerk for Justice Allison H. Eid at the
Colorado Supreme Court. Before that, Lidiana was an Associate at a Denver area firm
specializing in water rights litigation, natural resources, and public lands law. She began
her postgraduate legal career at the Denver City Attorney’s Office, Municipal Operations
Section, concentrating her efforts on tax and land use-related litigation.

Lidiana earned her juris doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles. In 2010,
Lidiana was named UCLA Law’s Hagman Scholar, an award given for excellence in the
areas of land use regulation and environmental law. Lidiana was also Symposium
Director for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs, and was an active
member of La Raza Latino Law Students Association.
Lidiana graduated summa cum laude from the Pforzheimer Honors College at Pace
University in New York City, where she was recognized for outstanding scholarship in
history and awarded the Kahlo-Bolívar Award for excellence in Latin American history.
She also minored in environmental studies and fine arts.
In her spare time, Lidiana loves to explore her beautiful city, run with her dog Atticus
Finch, cook incredible Central American food, read, and volunteer in her community.
