“The 2013Great Denver Cleanup” Saturday, April 6th Whether you’re cleaning up your backyard or helping spruce up Denver, Keep Denver Beautiful invites you to be a part of this annual, citywide cleanup day. There’s 2 ways to get involved… 1. Denver residents – discard your unwanted household items and yard waste at 7 FREE drop sites provided by Denver Solid Waste Management. (Some restrictions apply.) 48th & Tower Rd (@ Green Valley Ranch Blvd. 26th & Quebec (Fred Thomas Park) 16th & Josephine (East High School) Cherry Creek Transfer Station (S. Quebec St. & E. Jewell Ave.) W. 32nd & Clay St. (North High School) W. Alameda & S. Yuma St. (enter in alley east of W. Alameda & Yuma) S. Federal Blvd. & W. Louisiana Ave. Goodwill Industries will be on hand to collect reusable household items and electronics – NO TVs 2. Volunteers – sign up for a cleanup project taking place around the city. Register early to receive free trash bags (limited supply available).
