Educators, youth workers, school based health nurses and counsellors are invited to join with qualified Sexologist and Educator, Liz Walker for the Empowering Youth in Sexualised Culture Workshop Intensive. This opportunity is for anyone who works with children and teens, and for those who need to know more about porn culture and require training in the area of relaConships & sexuality. In 2014 we held workshops in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and Melbourne. This year, we toured 5 locaCons in New Zealand and now with updated content, workshops are being presented in the following locaCons:

•  Term 4 – Online Course
This Workshop Intensive provides professional development hours to equip you with strategies to support children and youth, uClises current research, and directs you to best-­‐pracCce approaches.
Empowering Youth in Sexualised Culture consists of 4 sessions:
Session 1: Understanding the 'Whole-­‐Person Centred' sexuality approach.
Session 2: Exploring the impacts of SexualisaCon and Porn on young people.
Session 3: IdenCfying age-­‐appropriate sexual behaviours & responding early to concerns.
Session 4: ProacCve EducaCon and IntervenCon for healthy sexual development.

Liz is an experienced and accredited sexuality educator with qualificaCons in Master of Health Science (Sexual Health), Diploma of Community Welfare Work and Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Liz consults to schools across Australia; is regularly featured on naConal media; and has presented at conferences represenCng a range of disciplines including: The Australian InsCtute of Sexual Medicine; Asia-­‐Oceania FederaCon of Sexology; ChrisCan Counsellors AssociaCon of Australia; Taskforce ARGOS; Youth, Technology and Virtual CommuniCes; Chaplaincy; and Health & Physical EducaCon peak bodies.
