F13 Duke University’s NICHOLAS SCHOOL of the ENVIRONMENT on the Road
To all students interested in pursuing a Master of Environmental Management or Master of Forestry Degree:
A big Hello! from North Carolina and hope you’re having a great start to fall! We will very busy over the next
few months and looking forward to getting to see you on the road and may be coming to a city near you! Please
note that we are still planning events (including information sessions in New York City and Washington DC for
later in the fall) so make sure to periodically check our recruitment schedule
at http://www.nicholas.duke.edu/programs/professional/info/visit-with-a-representative-near-you as we
continually update our calendar. These events are a wonderful way to speak with Nicholas School
representatives, learn more about our school, and get all of your questions answered.
Visit with a representative near you
Each fall, the Nicholas School visits college campuses around the country. Members of the Nicholas
School Academic and Enrollment Services staff and faculty travel around the country to meet with
students, faculty, career services professionals and administrators to share information about our
unique and distinct Master of Environmental Management and Master of Forestry degree programs.
We invite you to meet with one of our representatives at a college near you.
Joint Open House Events
Prospective students are cordially invited to attend one of the joint open house events hosted by
the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University in conjunction with the University of
California at Santa Barbara's Donald Bren School of Environmental Science & Management,
the University of Michigan's School of Natural Resources and Environment and Yale
University's School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. This is your opportunity learn about
graduate opportunities in the environmental field from the Nation's top environmental schools. Each
school will make a brief presentation and will be available to answer all of your questions throughout
the gathering.
