Hexaware developed an integrated application to cater to all plants / departments, thereby eliminating the organization’s standalone legacy systems. The Hexaware team, after a high-level survey of
the existing systems, decided to standardize the information systems across these plants using
Oracle E-Business Suite Special Edition as the solution. The scope of work included:
Implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite 11i Special Edition
Implementation of Manufacturing, Distribution and Financial modules covering seven plants and
corporate office
Integration with the subsidiary unit for import and export of data integration with health parlors and
retail outlet financial data into ERP
Big bang approach – Conducting Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing simultaneously
Compliance to all Indian statutory rules and regulations through India Localization Implementation
Seamless integration between the FMCG Company’s Oracle instance and the Marketing
Subsidiary’s Oracle instance for transfer of Purchase Order and Invoice data, an interface
provided by Hexaware
