1. Fine tune the estimate – Let us know what adjustments you would like to make. We can
update your estimate quickly and easily.
2. Make down payment – After the system is priced the way you want, you can make a
down payment on it. After receiving this down payment, we create your custom wiring diagrams
and mail you your rough-in materials.

Tools:
Every system over $13,500 receives a free tool set.
Product Warrantees:
We are authorized dealers for all products we carry. If any product is found defective
during their warranty period it will be either repaired or replaced through us. Simply send us
an email and we will contact the manufacturer to get RMA numbers and replacements sent.
Typical Warranty Periods:
• Automation Controller – 3 Years for the Omni Pro II, 2 Years for the Omni IIe
• Thermostats & Lighting Devices – 2 years
• Audio Distribution Unit & Keypads – 2 Years
• Speakers – 10 years
Payment Schedule:
Down Payment – 30% of package price ($2,313.02). After we receive your down payment
we will ship you your rough-in materials (structured wiring panel, security contacts, phase
coupler, wire, etc). We will also create your custom wire plans and installation guides for
your system.
1.5 Months from Install Date – 40% of package price ($3,084.02) . At this time we send
you a programming worksheet. This 6-page worksheet gives us the core information we need to
program your system.
We then assemble the system, create the programming, and get your
system ready for you.
Ready to Ship – 30% of package price ($2,313.02) . Your system is fully programmed,
your installation diagrams are ready, and everything is boxed up and ready to ship out.
