Mr. Saifuddin N. Zoomkawala, Managing Director EFU General Insurance Limited has become
member, Advisory Council of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi. He had been
invited by the IBA to give his consent to serve as a member of the Council so that the Institute can
benefit from his counsel and guidance. Mr. Saifuddin has agreed to join the council.
IBA, nowadays, is engaged in a program of up gradation of its physical facilities, technology and
faculty. At the same time it is expanding its outreach to the community at large. In this connection an
IBAAdvisory council consisting of prominent citizens of Pakistan has been formed to assist the IBA in mobilizing resources and
also advise IBA management on a regular basis. The Council is headed by Mr. Tariq Kirmani, prominent alumni and former Chief
Executive of Pakistan's largest oil marketing company Pakistan State Oil Company and national carrier PIA.

Mr. Saifuddin N. Zoomkawala has been unanimously elected President of Pakistan
German Business Forum and Mr. Razzak Bengali, Vice President at the Annual General
Meeting of (PGBF). The outgoing President, Mr. Salahuddin Ahmed, presented the
Annual Report and welcomed the old and new members.
The election was conducted under the supervision of Syed Khurshid Pervez in a very
