Copper roll 2000 and Alu roll 2000.
The starring rolls on ridges and crests.
Copper roll 2000 and Alu roll 2000 are 100% solutions for sealing
and ventilating ridges and crests. 100% metal and thus ideal for
the high demands in this area of the roof. The rolls are made
entirely of copper or aluminium in the widths 290 mm, 330 mm
and 360 mm. The safe function and service life are optimised
by the use of only one material. The ventilation cross-section
fully complies with DIN 4108, Part 3., i.e. permanent ventilation
is guaranteed. This is achieved by the collar-shaped vent holes
that safely drain any moisture in the event of any seepage
water. The pleated area, with an elongation capacity of 20%,
is moulded to the curves of the roofing tiles or roof tiles with a
slight thumb pressure. The adhesive strip of butyl rubber ensures
the permanently plastic as well as non-ageing and weatherproof
connection to the roofing materials.
The middle part of the roll is of a sturdy material strength and
can be nailed to the ridge lath. The punctiform embossment
makes work easier. It marks the centre of the roll and facilitates
equidistant nailing. All materials used are solvent-free and
recyclable as well as being environment friendly.

Copper roll 2000
This is supplied in its natural colour. There is thus no need for
colour matching on coloured roofs. After laying the material
assumes the brown copper colour that is then covered by the
typical patina after longer exposure to weathering. Copper roll
2000 is fully resistant to weathering and UV and has a very
long service long. In those areas of visible copper strips that
are exposed to weathering, Copper roll 2000 counteracts the
growth of moss and lichen on the roof. Copper roll 2000 perfectly
matches other roof materials of copper. Our Alu roll 2000
should be used in combination with zinc materials.
Alu roll 2000
The most common roof colours are covered with the colours
anthracite and red. The high-quality, 2-layer stove-enamel finish
is UV-stabilised, weatherproof and corresponds to the quality of
roofing components.

Copper roll 2000 and Alu roll 2000 are available in the widths
290 mm, 330 mm and 360 mm. The rolls are always 5 m long.
Three points for fast laying.
The raised dots mark the median line and facilitate flush laying.
It also allows an exact alignment of the ridge tiles along the ridge
and crest lath.
We have also thought about on-the-job safety.
The bent edges of the roll improve occupational safety.

Perfect ventilation with water deflector.
Spacious ventilation areas guarantee permanent ventilation according
to DIN 4108, Part 3. The collar-shaped design of the holes also safely
deflects any moisture.

1 The Copper and Alu roll are processed directly from the roll.
Unroll a strip of approx. 50 cm and staple to the centre of
the ridge lath. We recommend copperplate cramps or copper
nails for Copper roll.
2 Proceed in the same way up to the end of the ridge.
3 Remove the covering from the adhesive strip on the underside.
4 When moulding the roll to roofing tiles or roof tiles the
pleat is first pressed against the rim and stretched before
shaping the water channel part.

Note: The base must be clean, dry and free from grease
or dust before you start work with the adhesive strip.
5 Cut off the roll at the end of the ridge with a pair of universal
scissors. Done!
6 You can now start laying the ridge or crest tiles. Each ridge
tile must be fastened with a ridge clip and screw nail to the
counter-lath.
