We are honored to have you as a Citigold Select Customer. We are the bank that

For Citigold Customers we have a top class personal account
and various channels to execute transactions, which enable
flexible management of day-to-day spending.

ATMs
Any transaction you may wish to
execute via your account (i.e. all
transfers, standing orders, direct
debits and cash withdrawals) is free
of charge. You may also have a high
overdraft and activate a medical care
package to enjoy constant access
to diagnostic tests and physicians
in private medical centers.
We recommend foreign transfers and
foreign currency accounts to you –
free of any maintenance fees. For
transactions exceeding PLN 30,000,
you may individually negotiate
exchange rates.
Citigold Select Customers can
withdraw cash without any fees
charged by Citi Handlowy from any
ATM in Poland and worldwide (foreign
exchange differences may occur;
for more details, see the Fees and
Commissions Table).
The daily withdrawal limit
of PLN 10,000 applies.

Before departure to a eurozone
country, we recommend that you link

on your account.
The CitiAlerts service provides
information on the balance and
transactions on your personal
account or credit card, sent as text
or e-mail messages. As part of this
service, you have two free packages
at your disposal. It is up to you to pick
the most convenient one.
If your wallet is stolen or lost, you may
use the Emergency Cash service.
