Experience:
 Qualified to accomplish both academic instructor and curriculum maintenance tasks
 Comply with all 505 TRS instructor certification requirements. Any 505 TRS instructor
certification training requirements will be government provided.
 Experienced and qualified on data link related systems in AOC Joint Interface Control Cell (JICC)
operations.
 Participating in all course related functions spanning preparation, execution, execution support
and maintenance of the course
 Proficient with multimedia operations required for instructional briefings, presentations, and
exercise activities.
 Have knowledge, skill, and ability to develop and present graphics data and information for
various audiences
Education: Associate’s Degree or higher from a regionally accredited University or College
Security Clearance: Secret

Sawdey Solution Services is seeking a person to provide the functional support to train interface
control personnel, O5 and below, how to perform Interface Control Operator duties in a Joint Air
Operations Center (JAOC). The contractor shall provide education and training on fundamental
JAOC organization, air tasking order processes, and associated AOC command and control (C2)
systems. The contractor shall provide specific education and training on multiservice Tactical
Data Link (TDL) systems and capabilities, and how to design joint multi-TDL architecture.
Training consists of academic lectures, computer application labs, practical exercises and a
comprehensive performance certification. The Contractor shall provide support for the following
areas concurrently: data link equipment operations and maintenance, and
instruction/training/evaluation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:




Prepare classrooms for instruction.
Operate academic equipment (i.e., projectors, televisions, computer learning stations,
etc.)
Ensure course materials are current prior to each instruction event.
Provide a scheduled review period to go over desired learning objectives and answer
questions in preparation for student academic examinations/practical exercises.

Administer and score examinations. Assist students in correcting wrong answers to 100
percent for each student after they pass the exam ensuring the student comprehends the
correct answer.
Provide counseling and remedial academic training to students upon failure of an
academic examination or evaluation. Remediation shall be scheduled by the course
manager and coordinated with the training flight. Remedial training shall be scheduled to
allow continued normal progression in the syllabus or training plan.
Retest students IAW the syllabus and governing instructions.
Provide make-up instruction and remedial academic training for students who have
missed class for operational and approved personal reasons.
Participate with student counseling and administrative review boards, as directed by the
Government.
Assist with maintaining continuity folders, reference material, audiovisual library, films,
tapes and lesson courseware satisfactorily complete and abide by the Government
provided Instructor Certification Program
Participate in 505 TRS internal continuation training IAW the 505 TRS Continuation
Training Policy
Responsible for all activities, certifications, safety, security practices and other applicable
requirements that are required of government instructors
comply with Government established processes and procedures to maintain IQT
curriculum accreditation with the Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) in
accordance with governing directives.
Assist with ensuring academic programs comply with Air Force Regulations (AFRs) and
Air Force Instructions (AFIs).
Participate in courseware reviews.
Review of the current syllabus and Subject Matter Expert (SME) inputs are part of
Curriculum Maintenance
Responsible for updating/revising courseware as directed by the Government as a result
of student feedback, SME feedback, updates or changes in Joint/AF Doctrine, AFIs,
and/or applicable TTPs directly related to the AFFOR Staff.
