2010 Guest Model Application for
American Girl Fashion Show
The show is hosted by The Lauren Faith Miller Foundation which is a 501 (c) 3 charity
benefiting children with congenital heart defects in central Ohio. We are searching for
local girls to be guest models during our fashion show which will be held November 13-14th,
2010 at the Aladdin Shrine Center. Models do not need previous modeling experience. A
$30.00 guest modeling experience fee (includes American Girl Fashion Show t-shirt for
model and doll) will be charged along with the price of admission to the show. Guest
models should bring their own American Girl doll to walk the runway with them. If you are
