1. Complete your 180-hour required education
Before you can qualify to take the Texas Real
Estate Salesperson Exam, you must complete
180 hours of specified education. These 180
hours must include:

• 30 hours in Law of Contracts (#1200)
• 30 hours of Promulgated Forms (#0321)

3. Apply and submit forms and fees to TREC
