CII Institute of Quality is pleased to announce Lean Expert and Six Sigma Black
Belt certification course in Mumbai.
Overview
The Lean Expert and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Program is a 10 days program spread over 2
phases of 5 Days each.
The program is aimed at building capability on Lean Six Sigma Concept and Methodology. The
medium of learning will be, Class Room Instructions, team exercises among the participants, case
studies and completion of projects in their respective work area.
COURSE STRUCTURE

Phase 1 training – 21-25th September 2015

Phase 2 Training – 2-6th November 2015

Qualification Test at the end of each phase based on which participants will be awarded
Lean Expert and Black Belt participation certificate.

Post training participants work in their respective organizations and submit one page
summary of the deployment done by them. Based on this participants will receive “Lean
Expert and Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from CII Institute of Quality.”
