In this role The Analytics & Optimization Manager will leverage multiple statistical methodologies including predictive
modeling, marketing mix modeling, and ROI analysis to develop insights into our global marketing investment, and
Incorporate these insights into advanced scenario planning applications for use by the Global Marketing & Sales
Organization. This role will also develop other data mining projects at the direction of senior leadership. This is an
individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Advanced Analytics & Optimization.
Responsibilities
Develop Marketing Mix Models for various WDPR business units
Transform model results into insights to help stakeholders understand historical media impact and trands in
media performance
Develop and deliver action-oriented, insightful analytic presentations that provide consultative direction to key
stakeholders.
Create other other statistical and data mining models for various WDPR business units
Perform other exploratory data analysis as assigned
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 3 years professional work experience
Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with marketing/media mix modeling
Experience with various analytic methodologies including; CHAID, multi variant regression, and time series
regression and forecasting
Experience with SAS, SPSS, or R
Experience with multiple digital data sources including DART, and Omniture
Preferred Qualifications
5 years professional work experience
Advance experience with SAS including Enterprise Miner
Prior work experience within a media agency or analytics consulting firm
Experience building and delivering scenario planning applications
Experience with Teradata
Advanced SQL programming skills
Preferred Education
Advanced degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Mathmatics, Business Administration, or Operations
Research
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Mathmatics, Business Administration, or Operations
