How to create a Portal account:
Steps
1.
If you work for a Platinum, Gold, or Silver HP Partner, then you must
register via Unison Partner Portal
Or you can go to hp.com/eur/smartportal
2.
To register for the first time, select “Register (here)”.
3.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete your registration and
click “Submit”.
Allow up to 3 days for your Partner Portal Administrator (PPA) or
Profiling Team to approve your access.
4.
Once your portal account has been approved, you will receive an email
confirming your account activation. Please follow the instructions to
log into the HP Partner Portal.

Exam Preparation Guides are available for every certification exam.
These guides describe the content, type of exam, required experience, exam topics, number of questions, and list the score you must achieve to pass. The
guides also specify the recommended HP training, references, and additional study materials. HP highly recommends that you use these additional
materials to prepare.
For candidates wishing to acquire the higher technical certifications (ASE and Master ASE levels), it is highly recommended that you attend the training or
study the self-study materials and have the relevant practical experience to pass the exam.

Create your HP exam profile using your unique HP Learner ID on the Pearson VUE site http://www.pearsonvue.com/hp/. From here, you can:
• Find exam schedules, locations, test centers, exam FAQs
• Book proctored exams and take online exams
• Buy exam vouchers for future use (valid for one year)
Please note: To acquire an HP ExpertOne certification, you may need to complete one or more exam/s. In some cases, you may also need to submit proof of
3rd party certification/s.

HP Certification Look-up Tool
Identify details of any certification gaps and completion timelines from the HP Certification Lookup Tool (CLT). You will find the corresponding mandatory
requirements for each of your PartnerOne Program/specialization in the CLT. Plus the ‘Activity’ report within this tool allows you to view all the learning and
certification achievements of your employees.
