Company is seeking to appoint an experienced and qualified professional to manage the audit team.
VACANCY NO. 05/2014 – MANAGER INTERNAL AUDIT
The internal audit unit is an independent reviewer of company operations both financial and nonfinancial. The Manager Internal Audit is to effectively manage the internal audit team enabling timely
delivery of solutions to stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
 Establish policies for the auditing activity and directs its technical and administrative functions;
 Provides assurances that proper organizational, administrative and financial procedures, policies and
controls are applied;
 Develops and executes the Company’s annual audit program through risk-based audit methodology;
 Conduct and report on audit results to Board Audit Committee, CEO and EMT;
 Maintain a high level of knowledge on current audit technologies, tools and techniques;
 Provide innovative ideas to formulate new/improved audit approaches and techniques;
 Liaise with external auditors and other third parties on regular basis when required on issues of
mutual interest.
Qualification & Experience:
 Appropriate tertiary qualification preferably a Degree in any business discipline with demonstrated
ability to work with minimum supervision. Professional membership of the Institute of Internal
Auditors highly desirable. 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible relevant experience is required.

 Inquisitive mind with logical thinking.
